With the introduction of a new tool dubbed “Profile Transfer” that allows users to move their profile from one account to another, streaming juggernaut Netflix is now tackling the problem of password sharing.
Users will be able to move their current profile, which includes content suggestions, viewing history, My List, saved games, and other personal settings, to another account using the Netflix function.
According to Netflix, this will make it easier for users to transfer their data when a relationship ends or when they leave a home. The streaming service can make sure everyone pays for their subscriptions in this way.
