ISLAMABAD: The prime minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, urged the populace on Sunday to consider the “economic disaster, corruption, patronage of mafias, and destruction created in the name of change” during the PTI’s rule as they exercise their democratic right to vote in the by-elections taking place in 20 Punjab constituencies.
Pakistan “has moved away from its destination during the tenure of PTI,” Shehbaz Sharif claimed in a message to the residents of the constituencies. You must use your vote to voice it.

The prime minister attacked the PTI, claiming that Punjab had experienced the worst governance in the previous almost four years and that citizens had been denied access to free medical care and scholarships.
He insisted that during the PTI administration, there was an open market for government positions, postings, and transfers. The prime minister continued, “Civic facilities were in shambles and lawlessness was at its peak during the Imran Khan-led government.”
He referred to the way the people of Punjab were treated as an insult.
