LANGLEY: According to authorities, three people were killed in a series of shootings early on Monday in the Canadian province of British Columbia, including the alleged shooter.After many shootings in which homeless people were involved in the city of Langley, authorities had earlier asked that locals stay away from the area.
We are actively investigating a string of gunfire that left two people dead, one in critical condition, and another with serious injuries, according to Chief Superintendent Ghalib Bhayani of the nearby Royal Canadian Mountain Police unit.
Neither the cause of this terrible event, nor the existence of any connections between the deceased suspect and the victims, are now known to us. The general public was advised to stay away from a number of locations, including a bus stop and the parking lot of a casino, as police in the Vancouver suburb of Langley reacted to “multiple reports of shots fired with several victims as well as several different scenes all through the City of Langley, and one scene in the Township of Langley.”
