Peshawar Zalmi’s PSL 2023 anthem, “Zalmi Raalal,” will feature performances by Pakistani music icons Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi, the team revealed on Friday.
Zalmi revealed Mahira Khan as its Brand Ambassador by putting her in the teaser video for the PSL 8 anthem. The full version of the anthem’s video has not yet been released.
Mahira Khan has a huge global fan base because of her strong talent, charisma, and dedication to her career, according to a Peshawar Zalmi official release. Peshawar Zalmi is very pleased with Mahira Khan’s selection as the Zalmi brand ambassador.
Peshawar, Zalmi Babar Azam, the captain, and head coach Darren Sammy are also shown in the anthem video.
In the second PSL 2023 match on Tuesday at the National Bank Cricket Arena in Karachi, Peshawar Zalmi defeated Karachi Kings by two runs.
On February 13, Multan Sultans and Lahore Qalandars squared off at Multan Cricket Stadium to start the PSL 2023 matches.
The PSL championship game will be played in Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium on March 19.
