The F-9 park rape case, in which two armed men are accused of raping a woman in the federal capital’s recreational area, has advanced, according to the Islamabad Police.
A police official denied making any arrests thus far while claiming to have located the culprits on Twitter.
The Islamabad Police tweeted, “It is requested to avoid speculations connected to this matter under investigation,” and urged people to contact them if they knew anything about the accused.
According to sources, suspects in the rape case have been detained within the boundaries of the Golra Police Stations and have confessed to committing the crime.
The case against the accused has reportedly been filed at the Margalla Authorities Station, according to the police.
According to police sources, the suspects were apprehended with the aid of Safe City cameras. Both are believed to be residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Swabi district. The victim of the horrible murder has reportedly also identified the accused, according to sources within the police.
