Fashionistas paid their last respects to the long reigning monarch during the period of mourning national at the London Fashion Week.
It was a sight to see from an open all-black look to models carrying pictures of the monarch.
The fashion week will be held as a business-to-business event, according to the announcement made by the organisers last week.
The day of the Queen’s state funeral has been moved, as have holidays and performances.
Thursday night, Daniel W. Fletcher, a fashion designer, sent out his first model wearing a black suit and an armband after one minute of silence.
“I believed as we were beginning the event it was vital to highlight that moment,” he told the Evening Standard newspaper in London.
Sohuman, a Spanish sustainable brand, ended its show on Friday with models crying and smudging their eye makeup while holding a picture of Elizabeth and writing the crown or RIP on their hands.
