Why does Pakistan intend to deport Afghans without documentation?

Pakistan’s Islamabad – The government of Pakistan has declared that all unauthorised immigrants and refugees must leave the country by the first of the following month, either voluntarily or forcibly.

Afghans make up thousands of them. Sarfraz Bugti, the interim interior minister, claimed on Tuesday that “14 out of 24” suicide bombs this year were carried out by Afghan citizens, citing an increase in violent attacks.

“We have given them a deadline of November 1,” said Bugti, noting that more than 1.7 million of the almost 4.4 million Afghan refugees living in the nation are doing so illegally.

What you should know about the government’s choice is as follows:

Why does the government act in this manner?
The number of assaults in Pakistan has dramatically increased this year, with the majority taking place in the Afghan bordering provinces of Balochistan in the southwest and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the northwest.

The government has claimed time and time again that the Afghan Taliban is harbouring members from the illegal Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), a group that shares the same ideologies as the Afghan Taliban.

The TTP has carried out more than 300 strikes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province alone this year since deciding to break its peace agreement with the Pakistani government in November.

Both the frequency and the severity of the attacks have grown. Over 60 people were murdered and hundreds were injured in the two most recent attacks, which occurred last month in the cities of Hangu and Mastung in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan, respectively.

Prince William has expressed a desire to make amends with his brother Harry.

Despite their poor relationship, Prince William apparently wants to mend fences with his estranged brother, Prince Harry.

According to Daily Express UK, a source said in an interview with US Weekly that Prince William wants to fix his connection with Harry, “but they’re not speaking right now.”

The article also stated that the future king is eager to mend fences despite Harry and William’s tense relationship.

The insider clarified, though, that “so when that will happen is still uncertain.”

However, the insider asserted that Kate Middleton has no wish to speak with the royal couple who reside in California.

Prior to this, a royal authority claimed that Prince William “does not know” the reason why his estranged brother Harry is requesting an apology from the royal household.

In 2020, Meghan and Prince Harry left their positions as senior working royals and relocated to the US.

Following the publishing of both Harry’s shocking memoir Spare and Archie and Lilibet Parent’s Netflix documentary, the couple’s relationship with the royal family became even more tense.

Top run scorers and wicket-takers in the 2023 Asian Games Men’s T20I after Pakistan vs. Afghanistan

Afghanistan defeated Pakistan by four runs in the second semi-final to advance to the final against India for the gold medal. The contest was held in Hangzhou at the Pingfeng Campus Cricket Field.

Pakistan was assigned to bat first on a batting surface by Afghanistan. In their opening innings, Pakistan could only muster 115/10 in 18 overs. Omair Yousuf, an opener, scored the most with 24 runs off 19 balls.

Other batters offered him no assistance as they were run out for 115 runs with two overs left in the innings. With three wickets, Fareed Ahmed was Afghanistan’s standout bowler. Each of Qais Ahmad and Zahir Khan took two wickets.

As a response, Afghanistan quickly lost both of its starters, Sadiqullah Atal and Mohammad Shahzad. Shahidullah Kamal, the fourth batsman, later had a two-ball duck to further compound Afghanistan’s situation.

Noor Ali Zadran, however, solidly held one end, scoring 39 runs off 33 balls while hitting four fours and two sixes. Gulbadin Naib, the captain, struck an unbroken 26 runs off 19 balls, including one four and three sixes, to lead his team to win with 13 balls remaining.

On October 7, Saturday, Afghanistan and India will square off in the championship match, with Bangladesh and Pakistan competing for the bronze medal on the same day.

Without further ado, let’s look at the top wicket-takers and run scorers from the 2023 Asian Games T20I.

With eight wickets, Nepalese medium pacer Abhinash Bohara is leading the bowling rankings. Ayush Shula, a medium pacer from Hong Kong, is second in wickets taken with seven.

Singapore’s Anish Param took fourth place with five wickets, followed by left-arm spinner Anas Khan of Hong Kong, who finished third with six wickets. With five wickets taken, Afghan leg-spinner Qais Ahmad climbed to the fifth position.

USB-C, OLED, Face ID, and more Apple iPhone SE 4 rumours

The most recent rumours regarding the eagerly anticipated iPhone SE 4 are causing a stir once more, thanks to Apple.

While the iPhone 15 series has received most of the attention, rumours about the iPhone SE 4 are heating up. If these rumours are accurate, Apple fans will be in for a treat.

The next iPhone SE 4, code-named “Ghost,” is expected to take influence from its predecessor, the iPhone 14, and might have a number of intriguing features, according to insider sources quoted by MacRumors.

The prospective inclusion of a “Action Button” is one noteworthy feature that is creating excitement.

The usual Mute/Unmute option found on its more expensive equivalents, such as the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, is rumoured to be replaced by this button.

Additionally, the iPhone SE 4 might mimic the iPhone 14’s design aesthetics, signalling a big change by switching from Apple’s iconic Lightning Port to USB-C.

The connectivity and backwards compatibility of other devices may be significantly impacted by this modification.

Camera fans would find it intriguing to learn that the iPhone SE 4 may have a single 48-Megapixel rear camera, forgoing the dual-camera arrangement found in earlier versions in favour of simplicity.

Another advancement is the rumoured OLED display, which would provide customers better visual quality.

Apple’s face recognition technology, Face ID, is anticipated to debut in the more cheap iPhone SE lineup as well, improving user experience and security.

While Apple supporters are quite excited about these great developments, it’s important to remember that key elements, such as the camera bump design and the future of the Action Button, are still unknown due to possible cost considerations.

Health minister: 90 percent of Pakistan’s cases of polio are “imported” from Afghanistan.

in a new setback pakistan reports third poliovirus case this year 1652614965 4672

Health minister: 90 percent of Pakistan’s cases of polio are “imported” from Afghanistan.

Interim Health Minister Dr. Nadeem Jan has stated that 90% of Pakistan’s poliovirus infections were “imported from Afghanistan” as the country continues to experience an upsurge in poliovirus cases.

Just one day after the third case of the year was reported, two more samples tested positive for the poliovirus in the nation.

Sewage samples taken from Dera Bugti in Balochistan and Peshawar, according to a representative of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) polio laboratory, tested positive for the virus. Both viruses, which were discovered in sewage samples, resemble the poliovirus in Afghanistan.

Only Pakistan and Afghanistan continue to have an endemic polio virus. Authorities claim that only seven districts in the southern part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Tank, Bannu, North Waziristan, South Waziristan Upper, South Waziristan Lower, Dera Ismail Khan, and Lakki Marwat, are still experiencing wild poliovirus transmission.

According to a World Health Organisation study published in August, all cases of polio documented since January 2021 have originated from the seven districts in southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa that are endemic for the disease.

After three further cases were recorded in Peshawar, Bannu, and Dera Bugti in Balochistan earlier this week, the total number of cases in Pakistan this year grew to five.

The government has started a five-day polio immunisation campaign with a target population of 44 million kids nationwide. The campaign to give youngsters aged 0 to 5 years anti-polio vaccination drops would involve some 350,000 polio workers.

The health minister said in an interview with Dawn News’ “Doosra Rukh,” which will air tonight at 7 p.m., regarding the rising number of polio cases: “Our surveillance is optimal.

Ninety percent of the 34 samples we’ve received have originated in Afghanistan. Even less than 10% of us are our own,” he claimed.

Dr. Jan emphasised the danger of this and the importance of vaccination. Otherwise, he cautioned, “the imported virus would keep spreading and finally become our own.

The minister said that failure to deliver polio immunisations was the cause of the latest cases recorded in KP.

Dr. Jan also mentioned during the interview that the government has started working to put an end to the production of phoney medications. He claimed that although a system for verifying the barcodes of medications had been created, its implementation would present some difficulties.

The minister claimed that both the Health Department and the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan were doing their share to stop the selling of fraudulent medications.

There have been some errors. Nevertheless, he added that crackdowns had started on the malpractices, “but we have started efforts to eliminate [the network of fake medicines], but the solution is to empower the public.”

Dr. Jan stated it was a political problem in response to a query about the involvement of the health ministry in the return of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who is rumoured to return to the nation on October 21.

Astronauts’ mental health will be put to the test on long space missions. Could companion AIs be useful?

`In honour of the 66th anniversary of the space age, Space.com is examining the state of artificial intelligence (AI) today and how it is affecting astronomy and space research during World Space Week 2023 John Loeffler describes how AI companions could support astronauts’ mental health during long-duration space missions in this article.

The four Endurance astronauts are launching on the movie’s mission to save humanity in one of the more jovial scenes of Christopher Nolan’s generally tense film “Interstellar,” which is otherwise full of anxiety. A witty AI named TARS is travelling with them and makes jokes about how excited it is to use them all as servants on its robot colony. TARS also wishes Matthew McConaughey’s character luck returning to the ship after blowing him out the airlock for speaking back.

When Cooper (McConaughey) of 634-257 asks TARS what its humour level is set to, the AI immediately responds with an instruction to dial it back a little after being informed that TARS has been designed with a humour algorithm for the benefit of the humans on board.

Like a lot of “Interstellar,” Nolan spent a lot of time imagining the future of deep space exploration, and AI companions for human astronauts are just as crucial to that vision as Gargantua, the movie’s spectacular black hole set piece, and even end up playing significant roles as characters in their own right.

Back on Earth, artificial intelligence is being considered as a crucial component of future space missions like the planned Artemis moon missions and eventually the first crewed flights to Mars by NASA, the European Space Agency, and a wide range of private space businesses. But as people travel farther into space, these AI systems might serve as more than just tools to assist with operational duties; they might also offer crucial emotional and mental health assistance for crew members dealing with some of the most extreme forms of social isolation ever encountered by humans.

After three failures, Shahid Kapoor claims he was “depressed” while filming Vivah and asked Sooraj Barjatya if he wanted to take over: “People weren’t fond of me.”

When he was filming Sooraj Barjatya’s Vivah, Shahid Kapoor was going through a slump in his career. At one point, the actor was overcome with self doubt and asked the director if he wanted to replace Shahid. Though Shahid was experiencing “depression” while filming the movie, it ended up becoming a great smash. In a recent interview, Shahid reflected on that time, recalling how three of his projects had bombed in a single month and how he blamed himself for it.

Shikhar, Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!, and Deewane Huye Paagal all failed within a month, and Shahid confided to Pinkvilla that he believed “people obviously don’t like me.” Shikhar, which starred Ajay Devgn and was directed by John Matthew Matthan of Sarfarosh, was a “disaster.” Vaah! Sanjay Dutt and Mahesh Manjrekar’s Life Ho Toh Aisi!, who had previously collaborated on Vaastav, were a “hit combination.” Furthermore, Shahid claimed that he has never seen the movie Deewane Huye Pagal.

Google increases prices for its new Pixel phones by adding more artificial intelligence.

The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro phones, in the words of a Google senior vice president, will be “AI in your hand.”

The next generation of Pixel devices, which Google introduced on Wednesday, will feature additional artificial intelligence and capabilities for writing captions for pictures that the technology can also edit.

The injection of more artificial intelligence (AI), into Google’s products marks another step toward bringing more of the technology into the mainstream – a push company executives signalled they were embarking upon during their annual developer’s conference five months ago.

“Our focus is on making AI more helpful for everyone in a way that is bold and responsible,” Rick Osterloh, Google’s senior vice president of devices and services, said during Wednesday’s event held in New York.

Who is Rachin Ravindra, the new World Cup hero from New Zealand with deep Indian roots?

Rachin, a mashup of the names of two legendary Indian cricketers, became New Zealand’s youngest batter to achieve a World Cup century on Indian soil, which is appropriate.

Rachin Ravindra became the youngest New Zealand hitter to score a World Cup century in the opening match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, so if the rest of the cricketing world didn’t know who he was before, they most definitely do now.

In the inaugural match of the cricket tournament on Thursday, New Zealand defeated the defending champions England by a score of nine wickets, and Ravindra contributed significantly to both of his innings.

Due to Lockie Ferguson’s last-minute niggle and Kane Williamson’s ongoing recovery from an ACL injury, New Zealand decided to insert 23-year-old Ravindra in their starting lineup for the match against India in Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.

Ravindra seized the occasion, making the most of it by scoring his first One-Day International (ODI) century for New Zealand.

In his unbeaten 123 runs off 96 balls at a strike rate of 128.12, Ravindra, who started at No. 3, hit five sixes and 11 fours.

Beggars posing as Umrah travellers were removed by the FIA

The Anti-Human Trafficking Circle detained four accused beggars at the Lahore airport.

The suspects pretended to be doing the Umrah when they travelled to Saudi Arabia in order to beg.

Details indicate that two males and two women were released by the FIA immigration and given to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle in Lahore.

The beggars have previously travelled to Iran, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia for the purpose of “begging.”

The accused admitted that after arriving in Saudi Arabia, they were expected to be met by Pakistani agents.

With the understanding that they would receive half of the funds earned in Saudi Arabia, the beggars made arrangements with the travelling brokers.

While additional research is being conducted, the FIA has filed a case against the beggars and their representatives.

Russian diesel ban relaxation and U.S. jobs statistics cause oil prices to decline.

Reuters, Oct. 6, LONDON – As demand concerns resulting from macroeconomic headwinds were exacerbated by a second partial relaxation of Russia’s fuel export embargo, oil prices fell even more on Friday.

At 1411 GMT on Friday, U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude futures were down 55 cents, or 0.67%, at $81.76 and Brent futures were down 47 cents, or 0.56%, at $83.60.

On Friday, news that Saudi Arabia and Russia had agreed to voluntary supply cuts through the end of the year offset concerns that higher interest rates for a longer period of time would slow global growth and negatively impact fuel demand. As a result, Brent and WTI futures were on track to decline by nearly 12% and 10% week over week, respectively.

Shehbaz Sharif clarifies the situation around Nawaz’s return

Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has been given the all-clear to return to Pakistan on October 21, according to PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on Friday.

He emphasised that his older brother would return and stand trial under the law and the Constitution. “As it is in your knowledge that Nawaz Sharif will, God willing, return on October 21,” Shehbaz stated during a media conference in Lahore. With due respect, I would want to advise against enquiring as to whether or not he will be attending.

The declaration was made at the same time as Nawaz’s most recent medical report was delivered before the Lahore High Court.

Shehbaz Sharif stated: “If our quaid had told us to save our politics, I would have resigned, but he told us to take up the challenge and save the country instead.”

Shehbaz Sharif, a former chief minister of Punjab, predicted that on October 21, Nawaz Sharif will reveal his strategy for reshaping Pakistan’s future.

What legal issues must Nawaz deal with when he returns?

Since 2019, Nawaz has been living in exile in London. He fled for London in the middle of his seven-year sentence due to health reasons.

Due to Nawaz’s persistent absence from proceedings in the Al Azizia and Avenfield graft cases, he was labelled a “proclaimed offender.”

Pakistan reports the third incidence of polio in 2023.

1051091 5758657 22 updates

Pakistan reports the third incidence of polio in 2023.

In light of the third case from the same union of council of Bannu, the health minister advises parents to ensure that their children receive the polio vaccine as part of the ongoing national polio campaign.

On October 3, 2023, Islamabad There have now been three confirmed instances of polio in Pakistan this year when a kid in Bannu contracted wild poliovirus type 1 (WPV1) and became paralysed.

The 18-month-old girl from the Ghaura Baka Khel union council of Bannu is the affected kid, according to information released on Tuesday by the Pakistan Polio Laboratory at the National Institute of Health. She began to experience paralysis on September 13.

According to Dr. Nadeem Jan, the federal minister of health, “This child, like all children, deserved to have a healthy and meaningful life. It is very terrible that she will now have to live with a condition that is completely preventable impairment for the rest of her life.

The three kids paralysed by the poliovirus this year all come from the same UC in Bannu, he continued. “We are actively collaborating with UN partner organisations to enhance general healthcare in the polio-endemic southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. We are actively striving to strengthen immunity, raise nutritional standards, and improve sanitation and cleanliness.

The minister added that there is presently a national polio vaccination campaign, and that parents and other adults must be aware of the threat posed by polio and take steps to safeguard their children from this fatal disease by getting them vaccinated.

The federal health secretary also asked parents to welcome the volunteers carrying life-saving vaccination to their doorstep and to open their doors to vaccine providers. He declared, “As a nation, we must unite and eradicate this threat in order to provide a future free from polio to our children.

No human cases have been documented outside of the endemic southern KP region since January 2021, according to Dr. Shahzad Baig, Coordinator of the National Emergency Operations Centre for Polio Eradication, and virus transmission is still restricted to this area.

“A thorough case investigation will be launched right away to identify the source of the virus and to promptly plan immunisation responses,” he continued.

Three children in Pakistan were paralysed by polio in 2023, while 20 cases were noted there in 2022 following an epidemic in southern KP.

Researchers have out how to make the essential agricultural fertiliser.

Farmer spread organic manure on a pepper field in Batya

Researchers have out how to make the essential agricultural fertiliser.

One of the most important nitrogen fertilisers for agricultural productivity is urea, which has a high nitrogen concentration. It serves as a key raw ingredient for a variety of manufacturing sectors, including the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and plastics industries.

Currently, ammonia and carbon dioxide are mostly used in the severe conditions of commercial urea production, requiring significant energy inputs. It is mostly produced via the Haber-Bosch process, which uses 2% of the world’s annual energy.

The moderate industrial Haber-Bosch process has been replaced with urea electrosynthesis as a promising replacement. Low selectivity and slow C-N coupling, however, place a limit on it.

Researchers from Queensland University of Technology have discovered a method to produce urea at room temperature without using as much energy as is needed to produce synthetic urea the old-fashioned manner. By using a graphene-based catalyst in a chemical reaction between nitrogen and carbon monoxide at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, they proposed a novel technique for producing urea.

First author of the paper, Dr. Junxian Liu, stated that “this approach significantly reduces energy inputs compared to traditional methods, making it a promising advancement in urea production.”

“While this work is still in the theoretical stage, we have identified a promising catalyst for sustainable, energy-efficient urea synthesis.”

“We are currently working with other research teams to advance this new technology’s practical application.”

Is Canada attempting to appease India following the murder of Hardeep Singh Nijjar?

Ottawa’s stance seems to be changing weeks after Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau created a diplomatic conflict with India by alleging that New Delhi may have been involved in the murder of a Canadian Sikh separatist leader.

In stark contrast to the outspoken criticism of India that the prime minister levelled in parliament, Trudeau and Foreign Minister Melanie Joly signalled on Tuesday that they did not want to escalate hostilities with that country.

What considerations may be influencing Ottawa’s attitude, is Ottawa trying to mend fences with an irate India, and will New Delhi reciprocate?

Four decades after a reverse osteotomy, treatment of chronic degenerative hip pain in a male patient with cerebral palsy

Due to aberrant gait patterns brought on by spasticity, cerebral palsy (CP) patients typically need surgical hip procedures in their early adult years. These conditions are typically distinguished by substantial movement limits. In this instance, a male patient with CP had right proximal femoral open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) and reverse osteotomy for right hip subluxation when he was still a teenager. Total hip arthroplasty (THA) or ORIF with reverse osteotomy patients with CP frequently need a subsequent revision. The patient’s plate and screw construction (hardware) was previously predicted to have a 10-year lifespan. The patient first presented with crippling persistent bilateral hip pain 44 years later, necessitating the use of a cane for ambulation. Research on ORIF and reverse osteotomy follow-up in CP patients over a 30- to 50-year period.

At 44-year follow-up revealed postoperative alterations in the right femur, including intact hardware, bilateral acetabular dysplasia, a right femoral stress fracture, advancement of hip arthritis, and a right iliopsoas bursitis. Surgery to replace the hardware was not advised. With careful management, a gradual restoration of function was accomplished over a 14-month period. This case indicates that chronic degenerative alterations, related bursitis, and function loss in patients with CP-induced gait problems can be improved with physical therapy (PT), exercise, and infrequent non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) use.Several decades after receiving ORIF and osteotomies, these improvements are possible. Without additional surgical treatments, this course of treatment was successful in enhancing the patient’s quality of life.

Introduction
Gait abnormalities brought on by cerebral palsy (CP) frequently call for surgical intervention in young adults [1]. Due to contractures and stiffness, patients with CP usually have a restricted range of motion at the hip joint [2]. Most frequently, CP results in hip dysplasia due to the stiffness of the hip flexor and adductor muscles and the weakening of the abductor muscles, which delays weight bearing. This results in gradual dysplasia of the acetabulum and abnormalities of the proximal femur [2]. Risks for coxa valga subluxation, which frequently occurs in early adulthood, muscle imbalances caused by increased femoral anteversion [3]. Although total hip arthroplasty (THA) has grown more prevalent, surgical treatment was usually advised in early adulthood with osteotomy and proximal femoral fixation [1]. There aren’t many published case studies on post-surgical patients’ long-term outcomes for intervals longer than 10 years [4].

Conservative therapy, such as bracing, botulinum toxin A injections, and heel lifts, can be used to address late-adult persistent hip discomfort and accompanying gait abnormalities in people with CP. It might be necessary to undergo surgical reconstruction or hardware revision if these measures are insufficient to enhance gait and quality of life [3,5]. 44 years after the initial surgical operation, the patient in this case continued to endure chronic hip pain and gait issues. The patient’s condition created difficulties because there was insufficient evidence to support aggressive surgical intervention, and pharmaceutical pain management was insufficient to control the patient’s agony.

The largest one-day reduction in almost a year in oil prices is $5.

The largest one-day reduction in almost a year in oil prices is $5.

On Wednesday, oil prices fell more than $5 a barrel due to worries that sharp increases in borrowing costs brought on by higher interest rates might stunt economic expansion.

The price of Brent crude, the worldwide standard, fell by $5.11 per barrel, or 5.6%, to end at $85.81 per barrel after seeing its worst one-day decline since August 2022. The US benchmark, West Texas Intermediate, dropped 5.6% to $84.22.

Investors were taken aback by the abrupt decrease, as prices had only recently approached $100 per barrel due to strong global demand and Saudi Arabia’s and Russia’s decision to extend oil output cutbacks through the end of 2023.

According to Morningstar analyst Stephen Ellis, “the market is on the run right now.”

The decline occurred during a week in which markets were gripped by rising interest rates, which indicated fresh economic pressures that could have an impact on oil demand. On Wednesday, the yield on the benchmark 10-year US Treasury note reached a 16-year high of 4.88 percent before marginally declining in late-afternoon trading.

In the short term, higher interest rates could reduce economic prospects, which would have a negative effect on oil demand, according to Ellis.

Since the summer, money managers’ net bullish bets in WTI futures on the Nymex market of CME Group have increased. “Given the speculative length built up in WTI, it was stretched taut like a rubber band, hence a couple of bearish triggers caused prices to snap back in short, sharp fashion,” explained Matt Smith, an analyst at the consultancy Kpler.

According to data released on Wednesday by the US Energy Information Administration, domestic petrol stockpiles increased by 6.5 million barrels last week while crude stockpiles decreased by 2.2 million barrels. According to analysts at JPMorgan Chase, “demand restraint from rising oil prices is once again becoming visible” in the US, Europe, and several emerging market nations.

ConocoPhillips, ExxonMobil, and Chevron all saw declines of 4.2%, 4.7%, and 2.9%, respectively, making them among the worst-performing energy firms in the S&P 500 stock index.

Nawaz Sharif’s comeback is compared to a “public referendum” by Hamza Shehbaz.

Nawaz Sharif’s comeback is compared to a “public referendum” by Hamza Shehbaz.

Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s comeback will be comparable to the day of the ”public referendum,” according to PML-N stalwart Hamza Shehbaz on Wednesday.

Hamza stated, “Right now, the country needs a saviour to pull it out of the economic quagmire,” while speaking to a workers’ convention in Lahore. The nation’s economy would be restored by the “saviour” Nawaz Sharif.

The entire nation, especially Punjab and Lahore, is occupied with preparing a historic welcome for the adored leader Nawaz Sharif upon his homecoming on October 21. Hamza tacked on.

He recalled that Lahore had been and would continue to be the PML-N’s stronghold.

Hamza wished for lower costs on petroleum goods and necessities of life, as well as an end to unemployment. The former chief minister of Punjab continued, “There is an urgent need to take all-out steps to provide relief to the masses.”

Ahsan Iqbal, a top PML-N politician, lamented today’s removal of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.

The former planning minister declared during a news conference in Lahore that “Nawaz Sharif was removed through the worst conspiracy.” Even the conspirators who conspired to bring down Nawaz Sharif eventually testified in favour of his innocence.

“Nawaz Sharif was disqualified using the pretext of Iqama even though no evidence had been presented against him. With that conspiracy, the nation had to endure significant suffering,” Iqbal continued.

He attacked the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), stating, “We are now dealing with the fallout from the experiment of putting the PTI chairman on the nation. The nation’s president was someone who never even controlled the affairs in accordance with the union council.

He listed the accomplishments of the PML-N-led administration, claiming, “After 2013, we [PML-N] ended the threat of terrorism.”

Iqbal believed that Nawaz Sharif was still needed to lead the nation out of its current predicament. He continued, “Nawaz Sharif’s leadership will be essential to guiding the nation out of every crisis.”

Iqbal acknowledged that the nation’s youth were succumbing to hopelessness. He expressed hope that his party would embark on a new path and serve as a beacon of hope for the nation’s youth.

Fix Overheating Issues With Apple’s Most Recent iOS 17 Update, iPhone 15 Pro Users

Just a few weeks after the iPhone 15 Pro was made available to the public and users started to report overheating problems with their handsets, Apple published a fix.

On Wednesday, Apple released iOS 17.0.3, claiming that it contains security updates and bug patches, including one that could make your iPhone overheat.

It is in response to consumers posting online about how their new iPhones overheated or were uncomfortable to hold.

Over the weekend, Apple informed CNET that the complaints about iPhone overheating were due to a fault in iOS 17 rather than the actual construction of the iPhone 15 Pro, as well as “recent updates to third-party apps,” such as Instagram and Uber.

These fruits’ nutritional value could be harmed if they are added to banana smoothies.

We must address a common error many of us make when preparing one of our favourite summer delights as we say goodbye to the delectable smoothies that have come to represent the summer.

Smoothies made in the summer use bananas as their sweet and cooling foundation. The fruits we choose to combine with them, though, may have a big impact on the smoothie’s total nutritional value, according to recent studies. The Journal of Food and Function published a research earlier this year that looked into how certain fruit combinations can impact the absorption of vital nutrients.

Usman Dar leaves. Politics and PTI

Usman Dar leaves. Politics and PTI

Usman Dar, a close aide and former SAPM, declared on Wednesday that he was leaving the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and politics, dealing another blow to ousted prime minister Imran Khan.

Usman Dar claimed that “Imran Khan presided over a meeting where the planning and implementation of the events of May 9 took place and accused Imran Khan of endorsing a narrative that is hostile to the state, and blames him directly for the PTI’s current situation.”

The goal of the May 9 events, he claimed, “was to put pressure on the army chief to resign,” and he suggested that Imran Khan might be getting guidance from within the organisation.

The former SAPM said, “I now feel ‘unfit’ in PTI, so I announce my resignation from politics along with party.” He added that the planning for attacking important sites was done in the meeting presided over by Imran Khan.

He claimed that during the meeting, instructions were given that if the PTI chairman is detained, key installations would be attacked.

The PTI leader added that General Asim Munir’s appointment as Army Chief was the reason behind the party’s long march in October 2022.

He claimed that the anti-army group’s Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, and Azam Swati sought a fight.

Dar went on to say that this particular group had a tight relationship with Imran Khan.

He made it clear that May 9 was just a date and that the plot against the military had been in the works for a while.

It was even mentioned during the Imran Khan-led conference that they might, in order to apply pressure, be willing to target state institutions.

He claimed that workers brainstormed ideas and individuals were brought in from all around the nation to stop Imran Khan from being arrested.

The PTI was shocked following the attacks on the institutions.

The Sindh High Court ordered the police to report Usman Dar missing on Tuesday and to turn him in on October 18.

Before the bench, attorney Ali Tahir stated that the high court had already ordered the police to file the missing person case.

The court voiced its displeasure and questioned the police as to why the case had not been reported. SHO informed the court that the applicant had not approached the police.

On October 14, NASA will fire rockets into the shadow of the annular solar eclipse.

building clipper 640x350 1

On October 14, NASA will fire rockets into the shadow of the annular solar eclipse.

A “ring of fire” eclipse, commonly known as an annular solar eclipse, will be seen in parts of the western United States on October 14. However, some NASA scientists will be hard at work while skywatchers and eclipse chasers may kick back, relax, and enjoy the show.

An Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University engineering physics professor named Aroh Barjatya is in charge of a NASA mission that will use three sounding rockets to monitor changes in the atmosphere throughout the eclipse. Atmospheric Perturbations around the Eclipse Path, or APEP, is the mission’s unintentional acronym and the name of the Egyptian god of night. The sun god Ra, Apep’s arch enemy, would hunt him, and when he finally got up to him, an eclips occurred.

The rockets will launch from the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico and will be directed particularly at the ionosphere. The ionosphere’s temperature and density will decrease during the eclipse, producing a wave-like effect that may interfere with GPS and other satellite communications.

The eclipse, according to Barjatya, “is like a motorboat that suddenly rips through the water,” if you imagine the ionosphere as a pond with some gentle ripples on it. The water level briefly rises as it rushes back in, leaving a wake immediately beneath and behind it. All satellite communications pass through this area, the author continues, thus it’s critical that we “understand and model all perturbations in the ionosphere.”

The sounding rockets and their equipment will move to NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia after the annular eclipse, where they will be relaunched in time for the upcoming total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. The contiguous United States will not witness another significant solar eclipse pair until 2044, so this pair will be the last.

For eclipse science, I believe we might say, “We have to make hay while the sun shines,” added Barjatya. In all seriousness, though, this data collection will show how eclipses affect the ionosphere broadly and at the lowest spatial dimensions.

India’s welcoming attitude towards Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam during the ODI World Cup astonished him: We feel like we are at home,

India’s welcoming attitude towards Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam during the ODI World Cup astonished him: We feel like we are at home,

Babar Azam, the captain of Pakistan, claimed that his team “was not expecting” the cordial welcome they had received in India.

Babar Azam, the captain of the Pakistani squad, claimed on Wednesday that his team “was not expecting” the warm welcome they had gotten in India, adding that “it’s like we are at home.”

Azam and the Pakistani team arrived in Hyderabad last week under heavy security for two exhibition games before their tournament opener against the Netherlands on Friday.

Azam remarked in Ahmedabad on Wednesday, “I think the hospitality was nice – we weren’t expecting this, but I think the way people are responding to our team, everyone enjoyed it.”

On October 14, Pakistan and India will play in a stadium in Ahmedabad with a 132,000-person capacity.

“Since we’ve been in Hyderabad for a week, it feels more like home than like we’re in India. I believe this is a fantastic opportunity for everyone to participate fully and enjoy the competition.

India and Pakistan are fierce rivals that have experienced political turmoil for many years.

Cricket is the only sport the teams ever compete in against one another.

Nearly all of the players are visiting India for the first time; Pakistan last toured the country in 2016 for the T20 World Cup.

Azam remarked, “We felt good the moment we landed in Hyderabad. The way people welcomed us from the airport to the hotel and even on the pitch in the last (warm-up) match.

But he continued, “Had we had supporters from our side, it would have been better. We will aspire to receive such backing at every game, in every venue, at every game.

Due to their participation in the Indian Premier League, many of the players at the World Cup are familiar with Indian fields.

Participation is prohibited for players from Pakistan.

Azam does not see this to be a detriment in their World Cup preparation, though.

“There is absolutely no pressure. Conditions in India are comparable to those in Asia and Pakistan, according to Azam.

“It’s just that there isn’t much room for error for the bowlers here because of the small boundaries.

“There will be high scoring, and you must adjust to that. Therefore, we must play to the best of our abilities and try our hardest.

Azam claimed that his team’s bowling, which is spearheaded by pace ace Shaheen Shah Afridi, continues to be a “strength”.
