PM asks for international community’s assistance amid $32 billion in flood losses

According to the Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA), which is about 10% of the nation’s GDP, the recent floods in Pakistan are estimated to have cost more than $32 billion in total damages.

He continued, saying that Pakistan would need significant international assistance to rebuild greener and in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.

According to a statement released by the PM Media Wing, the prime minister brought up this point when he met with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres outside of the COP-27 Summit taking place in Sharm El-Sheikh.

He thanked the UN secretary-general for his support of Pakistan and urged for enormous aid to the nation following the terrible floods there and reaffirmed that the unprecedented flood calamity in Pakistan was a glaring example of the threat that climate change poses.

The UN Secretary-call General’s for climate justice and solidarity was also embraced by the prime minister.

He mentioned how the UN General Assembly had adopted a resolution last month expressing solidarity with Pakistan and how Pakistan was eager to host an international “pledging conference” with participation from all development partners.

In addition, PM Shehbaz expressed gratitude for the establishment of a UN interagency team, headed by the deputy secretary-general, to assist Pakistan in putting together a thorough rehabilitation and reconstruction plan that will be presented to the Conference.

Regarding COP-27, he said that it was a good time for the international community to spur coordinated worldwide action to reduce the effects of climate change and achieve climate justice, based on the ideas of equality but with distinct duties and capacities.

The prime minister emphasised that one important “deliverable” at COP-27 would be dealing with “loss and damage.” The COP-27 has unanimously approved the proposed addition of an agenda item on loss and damage finance at the request of Pakistan, acting as the Chair of the G77 and China.

Punjab is accused by the Center of handling the Wazirabad incident poorly

The provincial government failed to provide ex-premier Imran Khan with adequate security, took too long to file the FIR, released “confessional videos,” and failed to provide any information to the federal government, according to a letter from the federal government that was dated November 5 but made public on November 7.

Given that the Supreme Court (SC) has already mandated that the FIR be registered in this case, it appears that the publishing of the letter is an effort on the part of the Centre to strengthen its case against the Punjab administration.

A gun attack on a PTI long march in Wazirabad on November 3 resulted in the death of one PTI employee and the injuries of several others, including the PTI chairman.

punjab

Punjab is accused by the Center of handling the Wazirabad incident poorly

The high-profile case’s improper treatment, which was clear from the fact that the FIR, which is typically expected to be filed within 24 hours of any occurrence, was not filed even after more than 36 hours had passed, has been conveyed by the interior ministry through the letter.

Actually, the incident happened four days ago.

The ministry claimed that the provincial government’s inadequate response to the regrettable incident is evidenced by the fact that no FIR was filed despite the fact that provincial police officers were present at the location when the tragedy occurred.

The letter stated that the provincial administration has shown a complete refusal to offer any kind of justification for the occurrence, including its inability to give the former premier proper security and the obvious disregard for standard operating security procedures in respect to the convoy.

The federal administration has also emphasised that the former prime minister’s medico-legal assessment has not yet been completed. Concerningly, the provincial government has not provided any information regarding the offender’s weapon or if it has undergone forensic examination.

Furthermore, it claimed, the crime scene was not secured for several hours following the incident, which is another another infraction of the established protocols. Furthermore, no official information on the victims or the type of their injuries has been made public, it was said.

The publication of the suspected offender’s “confessional” recordings, it continued, indicates grave flaws in the investigation process.

The provincial administration and its employees’ failures, which it claimed amounted to criminal negligence, “are clear proof of their mishandling of the situation,” it said.

The blockade of major highways and roads by small groups of “miscreants” stopped life in Punjabi cities and also impeded transportation between districts as a result of the failure to adequately manage the law and order situation in the province after the incident.

It went on to say that the fundamental freedom of movement granted by Article 15 of the Constitution was breached by the provincial police and administration’s incapacity to control the law and order situation.

The attack on the Governor’s House in Lahore by a “crowd of miscreants” on November 4 further illustrated, according to the provincial government, how poorly it handled the crisis by failing to protect the workplace and housing of the province’s highest constitutional officeholder.

The province administration must promptly step up its efforts to ensure the maintenance of law and order and the safety of everyone’s life and property in light of the aforementioned, according to the interior ministry.

“It is stated that FIR of the said case based on facts of the incident should be registered on merits and not on conjectures or speculative allegations immediately, without further loss of time as required under Section 154 of the CrPC 1898 by the concerned SHO or CTD Punjab as complainant as the delay is grossly illegal and has irreparable harm to prosecute the real accused,” it said in its conclusion.

Tim Southee believes New Zealand won’t undervalue Pakistan

Tim Southee, a bowler for New Zealand, remarked that despite Pakistan’s challenges to advance through the group stage of the Twenty20 World Cup, New Zealand will not overlook Pakistan in the semi-final match.

When the Netherlands unexpectedly defeated South Africa by 13 runs on Sunday, Pakistan appeared to be out of the tournament. However, a victory over Bangladesh later that day allowed Babar Azam and his squad to go to the knockout stages.

Every team has a chance when you reach the top four, according to Southee. We’ve played Pakistan frequently recently, and we are aware of how dangerous they are.

Tim southee

Tim Southee believes New Zealand won’t undervalue Pakistan

Credit to them; they likely went into the game believing they didn’t stand a chance, but they put on a strong showing and will pose a serious threat in the semifinals.

New Zealand would face either England or India in the final if they defeated Pakistan in Sydney, but Southee insisted that the Black Caps, who lost to Australia in last year’s final, were taking things one game at a time.

Before we reach that point, there is still a lot of cricket to be played, he remarked. We’ll need to be at the top of our game to beat Pakistan on Wednesday because they are a quality team.

“Cricket semifinals are thrilling; that’s why you come here to watch these last few matches. We’re hoping to keep playing the way we have done and put up another strong showing in the semifinal.

“One of the side’s constants is that, regardless of the game, we generally take the same approach to things. We should return to that, and we are very skilled at doing so.

In Pakistan, gold costs Rs600 per tola

450936 7013012 updates

KARACHI: Despite the Pakistani rupee’s strengthening against the US dollar and falling global prices, the price of gold increased by Rs600 a tola in Pakistan. The price of gold increased by Rs600 per tola and Rs514 per 10 kilos to settle at Rs151,800 and Rs130,144, respectively, according to data supplied by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).

Globally speaking, Pakistan has a modest market for gold. Since the precious metal is not produced locally, it imports the product to meet demand.

As a result, the price of gold in local markets is established by taking into account its costs in international markets, the rupee-dollar exchange rate, and domestic market demand and supply. The most recent price for local markets was chosen while taking into account the exchange rates between buyers and sellers.

Exclusive information from Subhash Ghai explains why Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit weren’t cast in Pardes

The “showman” of Bollywood, Subhash Ghai, recalls how Mahima Chaudhary became an overnight sensation when he was working on Pardes. The director also disclosed that despite demand from many to sign superstars for the movie, such as Salman Khan and Madhuri Dixit, he stuck to his choice to include unknown actors.

In a rare interview, he explained why, other from Shah Rukh Khan, he shunned superstars in the 1997 hit Pardes.

Despite the fact that Madhuri Dixit was signed on for a three picture agreement, I wanted Pardes to star a newcomer. She had also like Ganga’s script. For the uninitiated, Ganga was the previous name for Pardes.

Salman Sir had also sent us a note expressing interest in acting in a movie. Many people at my office agreed with me that it would be a good idea to sign Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Madhuri Dixit, and the distributors for the movie, but I stuck to my guns.

Madhuri was a star at the time, so to present her as a plain, innocent, small-town girl would give the impression that she is growing cunning. So, based on the storyline and myself, a fresh girl and boy had to be cast as those characters for the movie.

Imran Khan: Pakistan’s highest court instructs law enforcement to look into a shooting

Last Thursday, the former prime minister was wounded while leading his supporters in a protest march.

In the assault on his convoy, one person was killed and at least ten others were hurt.

The current prime minister, the interior minister, and an army commander are all being accused of planning to kill Mr. Khan. They all refute the accusation.

According to the former prime minister, police in Punjab province, the scene of the attack, demanded that he retract his mention of the army officer, a senior member of Pakistan’s ISI intelligence organisation, before they would look into his charge.

Imran Khan: Pakistan’s highest court instructs law enforcement to look into a shooting

The top judge in the nation asked police to explain why they had not launched a formal probe four days after the incident and gave them 24 hours to do so.

“The evidence might have been lost at the crime scene if the police hadn’t conducted their investigation. In this manner, the case’s evidence will be disputed and rejected in court “Umar Ata Bandial, Chief Justice, remarked.

After being shot at the protest march in Wazirabad, in the northeast, Mr. Khan, 70, has been recovering in the hospital.

Before a burst of gunfire is heard, video footage shows him and his supporters on a shipping container being hauled by a vehicle. Then, as others close to him try to hide him, Mr. Khan is seen ducking.

Despite the absence of charges, one suspect is still being held in prison.

After the shooting last week, the march on the capital, which was on its seventh day at the time of the attack, was put on hold. It is scheduled to resume on Tuesday.

Mr. Khan, who was removed from office in April following a no-confidence vote in parliament, has said he won’t join the group while he recovers from his wounds.

New elections, which must be held by the end of next year, are once again being demanded by him and his followers.

Pakistan is currently experiencing economic difficulty and the aftereffects of this summer’s terrible floods, in addition to political unrest.

The nation has a history of political violence, culminating in the 2007 murder of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto. Many people remembered how she was murdered after Mr. Khan was attacked.

The former cricketer-turned-politician, who still has strong public support, has been at odds with the Shehbaz Sharif-led administration for months.

In a case he claimed was politically motivated last month, the election commission barred him from holding public office.

LIVE updates: PTI adjusts the schedule once more; the long march will now begin on Thursday

The PTI has revised its schedule and will now resume its long march on Thursday rather than Wednesday after a brief hiatus caused by party leader Imran Khan’s wounded in a last week’s assassination attempt.

Prior to the restart, the Islamabad Capital City Police has threatened legal action against unauthorised rallies in the federal capital, and the Supreme Court has directed the Punjab IG to file an assassination attempt against Khan FIR.

In a press conference with journalists in Lahore, PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the long march will now resume on Thursday.

This is the third time that the PTI has shifted the long march’s start date.

Imran Khan, the chairman of the PTI, postponed the party’s long march a few hours ago. Fawad Chaudhry, the party’s head, announced that the march will now resume on Wednesday rather than Tuesday.

Qureshi, however, said that the march will now take place on Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

World Cup of T20 cricket: route to the semifinals

New Zealand
With an 89-run thumping of the tournament’s defending winners and hosts Australia, the Black Caps set the tone for their campaign thus far.

Afghanistan’s deluge did not halt their progress. Glenn Phillips’ 64-ball 104, the second century of this World Cup, helped them defeat Sri Lanka.

New Zealand struggled to match England’s 180 total but recovered to defeat the underdogs Ireland as captain Kane Williamson hit a quickfire 61.

To demonstrate how dangerous they are, the beaten finalists from last year defeated pre-tournament favourites Australia and England in the harder of the two Super 12 groups.

Pakistan
The 2009 champions’ season got off to a tragic start when they lost a last-ball thriller to India and then suffered a shocking loss to Zimbabwe.

Their triumph over the Netherlands was scarcely noteworthy as they appeared to be doomed, losing four wickets in their small 92-run chase.

However, Pakistan produced a commanding performance to thrash South Africa and restore their hopes of making the semi-finals, and the Dutch helped them out by shocking South Africa.

With speed spearhead Shaheen Shah Afridi contributing career-best figures of 4-22, Babar Azam’s squad defeated Bangladesh in a game that may have determined their fate and advanced to the final four.

Azam’s performance, though, is still concerning as the opener has scored just 39 runs in five games.

England

After thrashing the opponents for 112 in their tournament opener in Perth, England’s Jos Buttler team smashed Afghanistan to maintain their status as the tournament favourites.

However, a surprising DLS loss to Ireland by five runs and a washout against Australia placed them in a tough spot.

The Three Lions rallied to defeat the Kiwis, while star all-rounder Ben Stokes’ unbeaten 42 helped them defeat Sri Lanka by four wickets in a nail-biting match to go to the semifinals.

In their victory over New Zealand, fast bowlers Sam Curran, Chris Woakes, and Mark Wood all played significant roles. Buttler and Alex Hales both scored half-centuries.

India

At a jam-packed Melbourne Cricket Ground, India India ignited the competition as Virat Kohli’s brilliance overcame Pakistan’s 159 on the last ball in front of over 90,000 spectators.

India lost just once, to South Africa, en route to the semifinals as table-toppers thanks to Kohli’s outstanding performance, which included three half-centuries to become the greatest run-scorer in tournament history.

Suryakumar Yadav, a T20 sensation, has also scored runs and will be India’s main weapon in their quest for their first world championship since the 2013 Champions Trophy with a tournament strike rate of 193.96.

India, who won the 2007 T20 World Cup, appears dangerous.

A new release date for Adipurush has been decided; the Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan-starring film will debut in June 2023

A recent trailer for the film Adipurush, starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, and Kriti Sanon, was released by the producers. The movie, a historical drama that recounts a portion of the epic narrative, was inspired by the Ramayana.

The film’s release date has been further delayed by the producers, despite the fact that it was originally intended to directly compete with many South Asian movies that were slated in January 2023, in the days leading up to Sankranti. The movie will now be released on June 16, 2023, according to an official announcement from Om Raut, the director.

A new release date for Adipurush has been decided; the Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan-starring film will debut in June 2023

The director disclosed that they pushed the release date to give audiences a better viewing experience in an official statement issued by Om Raut in collaboration with the producers T-Series. “Adipurush is not a film, but rather a representation of our devotion to Prabhu Shri Ram and dedication to our Sanskrit and history,” the statement said.

We must give the teams working on the film additional time if we want to provide the spectators with a fully immersive visual experience. The new release date for Adipurush is June 16, 2023. We are dedicated to producing a movie that would make India proud. Your encouragement, love, and blessings enable us to continue. Om Raut.

Regarding Adipurush, it is a pan-Indian movie with amazing visual effects that recounts the famous Ramayana battle. In this Om Raut directed film, Saif Ali Khan plays Lankeshwar aka Raavan, Kriti Sanon plays Seeta, and Prabhas plays Ram. With great hoopla, the movie’s teaser was unveiled in Ayodhya, the city where Ram is thought to have been born. On June 16, 2023, a global release of the movie is anticipated.

BABAR AWAN

Imran Khan, according to Babar Awan, was shot by an AK-47

Babar Awan, the legal counsel for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, asserted on Monday that the former prime minister was shot with an AK-47.

Faisal Javed, the leader of the PTI, appeared before the anti-terrorism court (ATC) in relation to allegations of violating Section 144 and meddling in local administration.

How is Faisal Javed doing right now, the court inquired? How do the wounds feel? The PTI leader responded by stating that although he has a fever, he is feeling better. According to Faisal, he was only harmed because the bullet made contact with his skin.

According to Imran Khan’s attorney Awan, PTI leaders were accused of obstructing traffic, yelling anti-government chants, and claiming that public property had been harmed. The PTI was also accused of inciting fear using sticks and shouts. Which government car was allegedly damaged? The PTI was simply booked for standing in the road; it was not stated in the case.

According to him, Imran Khan was struck by two bullets, previous Prime Minister Khan was shot with an AK-47, and Shaheed Moazzam was struck with a 9 mm bullet.

Babar Awan later claimed that 5,000 people should be executed while speaking to the media outside of the court. He also asked, “Who killed the FIA witnesses and the inquiry personnel during that time?”

“What was sent to Azam Swati’s daughter, do we care if the police come to our homes, and why were the granddaughters expelled from the nation? The FIA should refrain from playing the game of fire after declaring the video to be phoney in a few hours “added he.

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said, Attack on Imran khan is deemed a drama

The head of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) claimed during a news conference that the former prime minister is acting-wise superior to Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan of Bollywood.

He said, “I don’t get his dramas; a JIT (joint investigative team) should be set up to look into Imran Khan’s lying.

Imran khan

Maulana Fazlur Rehman said, Attack on Imran khan is deemed a drama

Fazl claimed that there is a “fiction” being spread about the shooting, saying that although he first opposed the incident, “things came to light” over time.

The PDM chief remarked, “One shot, two shots, four shots or fragments; we have heard of bomb fragments, but we are hearing of bullet fragments for the first time.

He also questioned the method by which a cancer hospital delivered bone therapy.

He added that he discovered the existence of the jugular vein in the shin for the first time.

The claims of doctors had “contradictions,” he continued.

He added that whereas it took the marchers five to six days to go from Lahore to Gujranwala, it just took an hour after Imran was hit.

Imran used to refer to everyone as a thief, according to Fazl, but he later admitted to being one.

He claimed that Pakistan was being forced into difficulties and that the use of “accidents” was causing concern in the country.

The PTI chief’s statements were believed by “blind people,” he said, who had closed their eyes.

He said, “Among all the countries in the region, we have been economically left behind.”

He continued by saying the government should maintain its resolve and refrain from showing any indulgence because the lengthy march of the former ruling party has failed.

He warned the former PM, “The ground here is incredibly hot, your soles will not be able to resist this heat.”

He declared that under no circumstances could the marchers enter Islamabad.

Additionally, he noted that “16 of our scholars were martyred” and that he had experienced three suicide attacks. In spite of their difficulties, he said, they wanted peace in Pakistan and believed that everyone should obey the law.

He stated that he deplored the incident but would not comment further on Senator Azam Swati’s video release.

The PDM leader claimed that the former premier showed the crowd a “false cypher” in reference to the supposed cypher. He asked that a JIT look into the situation and that legal action be taken for “misrepresenting a state secret.”

He commented on the alleged threat letter sent to murdered journalist Arshad Sharif and requested a copy of it. If an investigation into the matter is done, “you (PTI) will be trapped,” he said.

After an armed attack on his container during the Pakistan Tehreek-e-“Haqeeqi Insaf’s Azadi March” in Wazirabad on Thursday, the former prime minister Imran was shot in the leg.

The event resulted in the death of one person and the injuries of numerous people close to the PTI chairman, including Senator Faisal Javaid, former Sindh governor Imran Ismail, Ahmad Chattha, and Imran Yousaf.

Imran was transferred to the Lahore-based Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH). Imran was described by hospital staff as “stable and chatting.”

Authorities reported that 14 people, including some senior PTI figures, were hurt in the armed attack, and that one person, later identified as Muazzam Nawaz, died as a result.

Imran Khan requests that the Pakistani president look into the military

Pakistan’s Islamabad – Imran Khan, a former prime minister, has requested that President Arif Alvi launch an investigation into a news conference staged by Pakistan’s potent intelligence service, which he has charged with planning the attack on him.

Khan mentioned the occasion hosted by Lieutenant General Nadeem Anjum, head of Inter-Services Intelligence, in a letter to the president last month (ISI).

Imran Khan requests that the Pakistani president look into the military

Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, wrote: “How can two military administrators give a highly political press conference targeting the leader of the largest federal political party?”

Anjum was joined at the historic press conference on October 27 by Lieutenant General Babar Iftikhar, the head of the military’s Inter-Services Public Relations media division (ISPR).

Khan was released from the hospital on Sunday and is now recuperating at home in Lahore. He suffered a leg injury last week during a protest march in Wazirabad, Punjab’s easternmost province, during what appeared to be an assassination attempt.

He further requested that the president outline the role of ISPR in his letter, writing, “I am pleading with you to act now to end the misuse of power and abuses of our laws and constitutions.”

Khan hasn’t shown any proof to support his claims.

The military or the president, who serves as the supreme commander of the armed forces, have not yet responded to the letter.

In interviews with the media, the two military representatives discussed the murder of Pakistani journalist Arshad Sharif in Kenya and addressed accusations made by Khan against the military system.

The leader of the PTI has sought their dismissal after alleging that senior intelligence official Major General Faisal Naseer, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah were complicit in what he called the plot to kill him.

In his letter to the president, he reiterated the accusations.

Including a senator and his chief of staff, Khan has previously accused military personnel of torturing and harassing PTI employees.

The military labelled his claims “baseless and reckless” on Friday, adding that they are “inappropriate and uncalled for” to be made against senior army personnel.

Sharif requested that a commission be established to look into the incident by the nation’s highest court.

The premier declared on Saturday that “I don’t have the right to remain in office if there is any shred of proof found regarding my role in this matter.”

Khan, 70, was ousted by a no-confidence vote in the parliament in April.

He said that a US-led international plot conspired to get rid of him by working with Pakistan’s military establishment and his political enemies. Again, he offered no supporting details. These accusations have been refuted by US and Pakistani authorities.

Since his removal, he has been holding protests all throughout the country. In by-elections held in July and October, PTI won the election.

On October 28, the ex-cricketer-turned-politician began a lengthy march toward Islamabad with the intention of conducting general elections as soon as possible. The present National Assembly of Pakistan will adjourn in October 2023.

Khan declared that his party will pick up the long march again on Tuesday from Wazirabad in a video posted on social media on Sunday from the hospital. In the following days, he promised, he would take part in the march in Rawalpindi.

Musarrat Jamshed Cheema, a senior PTI leader, stated that Khan will deliver daily remarks as the party’s top leadership leads the march and follows the original path.

Every day at 4:30 p.m., Imran Khan will address the crowd, and every day’s rally will attempt to end before sundown, she said.

In “10 to 12 days,” said to Cheema, the party intends to wrap up the gathering in Islamabad.

“However, everything is contingent upon his health and recuperation. Naturally, we want him there as soon as we can,” she said.

SC orders IG Punjab to file an assault report against Imran within 24 hours

The hearing was presided over by a five-judge bigger bench under the leadership of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial.

“You are a trustworthy and capable cop. No one will be able to obstruct your job, SC will ensure you. Give us some time, then file a FIR. The chief justice advised you to proceed.

Adding, “We are not taking suo motu,” Justice Bandial We will move forward with an earlier suo motu matter challenging the executive’s meddling in the criminal justice system if they continue to drag out the situation.

SC orders IG Punjab to file an assault report against Imran within 24 hours

Justice Bandial added that it is on to the supreme court to make sure that justice is carried out in accordance with the law.

The chief justice continued, “We just want to make sure that there shouldn’t be any interference with your work.”

Additionally, Justice Bandial instructed the police officer to gather forensic evidence while also informing the IG that the provincial government’s “different position” could not prevent police from conducting a fair inquiry.

The chief justice of the supreme court declared that there had been an attempt to kill a national leader and added that a suo motu notice would be issued if the court was unsatisfied with the police report.

Shahkar had already informed the bench that his perspective differs from that of the provincial government.

It’s important to remember that Shahkar has asked for his services to be terminated by the Punjab government with “immediate effect” due to the ongoing impasse over the filing of a FIR for the attack on the PTI leader.

IG Punjab sought to be made available to the federal government in a letter to the provincial administration, explaining that “personal considerations” prevent him from carrying out his duties any more.

The federal government would likely postpone the appointment of a new Punjab IG, according to sources who spoke to The Express Tribune, as the Center is not in a rush to choose his replacement.

Imran was leading the PTI’s “Haqeeqi Azadi March” on Thursday when a shooter opened fire on his container, striking the former prime minister in the thigh.

Despite three days having passed since the attack on Imran and other party officials during their long march in Punjab’s Wazirabad area, the police took another person into jail on Saturday. However, the case of the incident has still not been officially reported.

Sources claim that the IG of Punjab had qualms about the identities named in the FIR, which finally caused rifts to widen between the IG and Punjab government and the PTI.

King Charles rejects Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's kids' titless?

The royal protocol was not passed down to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s offspring from King Charles.

The royal website states that Prince Archie Harrison and Princess Lilibet Diana will not be elevated to those titles under the new line of succession.

However, the names of Prince William and Duchess Kate’s children have been updated.

An official spokesperson for King Charles has said that the list may be revised “as and when we get information.”

Omid Scobie, a friend of Meghan Markle’s, recently tweeted that he was surprised to see that the titles of Archie and Lili had not been changed following the death of the Queen.

“The Palace has modified its website to reflect William and Kate’s new titles in the line of succession.

Considering that Harry is the King’s son, his offspring are entitled to the titles of His Royal Highness (HRH) Prince Archie and HRH Princess Lilibet. But for now, both are shown in their original formats, “Scobie observed.
