All-rounder Shadab Khan and bowler Naseem Shah, two of Pakistan’s top players, have been absent from the field during the first leg of the country’s ongoing seven-match T20 series against England.While Naseem participated in the opening game in Karachi against the visitors, Shadab had complete relaxation.At Karachi’s National Stadium, four matches made up the first leg. Each team earned two victories to wrap off the game on Sunday (September 25), tying the series up so far.
Shadab and Naseem will reportedly return to action in the second leg, which will begin on September 28. For the remaining games of the series, the pair will be included in the starting eleven. On September 30 and October 2, the sixth and seventh matches, respectively, will be played.Days before the second leg’s start, all three of the matches had sold out.

The Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore is now finishing up preparations to host the remaining games.The venue’s painting and preparation of the main wickets and practise wickets are finished, and cleaning is currently taking place. The three T20Is will be played on two pitches.
