Following the PML-significant N’s loss in the Punjab by-elections, Reham Khan, the ex-wife of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, took aim at the party on Twitter and suggested that it may have been “cursed.”
Reham, a former journalist, joked in a tweet after PTI won 15 of the 20 constituencies up for grabs in the Punjab by-elections a day earlier: “I’ve heard that Pervez Elahi imprecated curses on the PML-N.”Reham Khan

Chaudhry Pervez Elahi
Chaudhry Pervez Elahi is now most likely to succeed Hamza Shahbaz Sharif as the new chief minister of the province in the coming days as a result of PTI’s resounding victory in the Punjab by-elections, which has changed the dynamics of the numbers game in the Punjab Assembly.
The PTI candidates defeated nearly all of the politicians who endorsed Hamza Shahbaz Sharif and joined the PML-N.Reham Khan

“Will the PML-N continue to follow its political gurus on social media? Do they now have any sense? I won’t be holding my breath, personally. Rank and file members of the PML-N were tasked with determining the culprit, and I believe it to be the leader.
Aside from PTI’s 15 seats, PML-N won four seats and an independent candidate took the final seat.
The PTI and PML-Q had already reached a combined strength of 173 before the by-elections (163 of PTI and 10 of PML-Q).
With the addition of 15 seats, this strength now stands at 188, while the number needed for a simple majority is 186. This indicates that the PTI and PML-Q have passed that milestone.Reham Khan
The new MPA will probably include one independent MPA.
On the other hand, Khawaja Saad Rafique stated on Sunday that the PML-N would decide the next step in consultation with allies in the wake of the PTI’s victory in the Punjab by-elections.
Unofficial results show that PTI prevailed in at least 15 of the 20 constituencies, while PML-N only won three. In one of the races, an independent candidate defeated a PTI contender, and a tight race for the Rawalpindi seat was taking place early on Monday.
In a late-night press conference with other PML-N leaders on Sunday, Rafique said, “We will hold a meeting with allied parties to decide what to do next.
federal minister announced
The federal minister announced that tomorrow’s meeting with all coalition members will take place (Monday).
“The PML-N is a democratic party and has always respected people’s decisions,” said Rafique.
The PML-N leader claimed that by putting politics on the line, his party had “saved the country from default,” but added that “we will continue our effort and will decide our next course of action very soon.”
The election results have “proven Imran’s allegations about rigging false,” he said, lambasting PTI Chairman Imran Khan for making false claims about rigging.
He claimed that there was no election rigging carried out by state institutions and that the Punjabi government maintained its impartiality throughout.

In contrast, the ruling coalition has 179 members, with the PML-N being the second-largest party in the Punjab Assembly with 164 members (four new), the PPP having seven, three independents, and one Pakistan Rah-e-Haq party member.
