The federal administration of Pakistan has ruled out the possibility of a fuel crisis, claiming that the oil supplies needed by the nation are on hand, averting any tense situation.
The ministry of petroleum vehemently refuted national concerns about a lack of petroleum, calling them “rumours” that had been spreading on social media, according to an official statement.
The ministry made it clear that it already had the necessary oil stocks on hand and that “no chance of shortage” exists.
The statement said, “The Pakistan State Oil (PSO) and other oil shipping companies have adequate stockpiles of gasoline, diesel, kerosene, and other varieties of petroleum products.
People shouldn’t believe rumours, guesses, or false information because there is no more fuel accessible for storage in the nation.
The PSO also emphasised that it had plenty of supplies on hand as of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority’s (OGRA) designated day in a separate statement on Twitter, saying: “As the national flag bearer, the PSO remains committed to fueling the nation and is ensuring an uninterrupted supply of fuel at its retail outlets nationwide.”
