In the second one-day international (ODI) of the three-match series, which the visitors are leading 1-0, the Netherlands set Pakistan a 187-run target.
The hosts and Pakistan have both kept their starting lineups same since winning the first ODI on August 16 at the VOC Cricket Club outside of the Dutch harbour city.
The Netherlands lost its first three wickets, Vikramjit Singh, Max O’Dowd, and Wesley Barresi, in less than 10 runs after choosing to bat first and winning the toss.
The top two wicket-takers were Mohammad Nawaz and Haris Rauf, who each claimed three, with Naseem Shah coming in second with two. Each of Shadab Khan and Mohammad Wasim claimed a wicket.
The first ODI between Pakistan and the Netherlands was won by Pakistan; the second game is currently being played; and the third game will be played on August 20 – two days from today.
