The Lahore High Court (LHC) authorised restaurants to stay open on Wednesday till 11 p.m.
Justice Shahid Karim directed that the previous hearing in the smog matter be documented in writing and that home delivery services were allowed until 12:30 p.m.
The court also issued a formal order instructing the traffic police to provide phone numbers for traffic information regarding traffic bottlenecks in response to petitions filed by Haroon Farooq and others.
