Like Facebook’s Brand Collabs Manager platform, which you can see in this screenshot, Instagram’s Creator Marketplace will let advertisers look for potential creators to collaborate with on campaigns.
According to Instagram
“Instagram’s creator marketplace is a brand-new location where businesses can locate creators they might want to collaborate with. They can filter creators by gender, age, number of followers, and interests using the desktop application of Meta Business Suite.
They will also be able to see creators who have expressed interest in working with them, have tagged them, or follow them, as well as creators who are similar to those they have already discovered through the platform. These filters include gender, age, interests, country, and city.
