Elon Musk, the CEO of Twitter, publicly fired an engineer who had been employed by the social media network for years after he explained why Musk’s evaluation was incorrect.
The billionaire apologised on Twitter for the app’s sluggish performance in many nations. He claimed that “>1000 badly batched RPCs were being executed by the microblogging platform only to generate timelines.”
Eric Frohnhoefer, a developer who has spent years working on Twitter for Android, claimed on Twitter that Musk’s analysis was incorrect. The Tesla CEO responded by asking Frohnhoefer what the accurate numbers were and what actions the engineers had taken to address the problems.
