BLACKPINK is the first female K-pop group to make more than $3 million from a concert in the United States.
BLACKPINK has broken the record for the highest-grossing concert by any female K-pop artist in the United States. This record was previously held by themselves.
According to a report by Allkpop published on the 17th of November, they made more than three million United States dollars from their performance at the Prudential Center in Newark on November 14-15.
The girl band’s concert in the city of Newark, located in the United States, brought in a staggering total of 3.298 million USD for each night’s performance.
BLACKPINK kicked off its Born Pink world tour on October 15 in Seoul, South Korea, and it is scheduled to wrap up in Auckland, New Zealand, on June 21, 2023.
The world tour will take the band to major cities on a number of different continents, including Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America.
The BLACKPINK record label had previously announced the confirmation of the group’s return from the world tour, which is anticipated to take place on August 19, 2023.
