ISLAMABAD: On Tuesday, Pakistan Air Force Commander Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar left for the Islamic Republic of Iran on an official visit at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart and to meet with other high-ranking military officials in the nation.
According to IRNA, this tour is being carried out at the invitation of Brigadier General Hamid Vahedi, Commander of the Air Force of the Islamic Republic of Iran army, which was relayed to his counterpart during General Vahedi’s travel to Pakistan.
Pakistan’s Chief of Air Staff has arrived in Tehran on a three-day official visit, during which he will meet with the Commander of the Iranian Air Force as well as other senior military and defence officials from the country.
Visiting some Air Force centers and Iran’s training and study centers will be among the other plans of the Pakistan Air Force Commander during his official visit.
This visit takes place less than 2 months after the important visit of the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of the Pakistan Army to the Islamic Republic of Iran. General “Nadeem Reza” during a 4-day trip to Iran in early July of this year, met with senior military officials of Iran and the President of Iran, Ayatollah Dr. Raisi.Air Marshal
