QUETTA: Tuesday, Baluchistan’s Chief Minister Mir Abdul Quddus Bizenjo expressed his sorrow and grief over the helicopter crash, calling it a tremendous loss for Pakistan and its citizens.
“The sad occurrence that left every Pakistani in shock was the martyrdom of 12 Corps Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali, DG Coast Guard Major General Amjad, Brigadier Khalid, and other officials in the accident.”
In a condolence message, CM said that the report of the accident was unbelievable. All the people in the helicopter were the real asset of the country and the pride of the nation.
The CM paid tribute to the late General Sarfaraz Ali and other martyrs, noting that they “sacrificed their lives in the performance of national duty.” The Pakistani Army’s greatest officers were among the martyrs. The nation as a whole is devastated by the tragic loss of precious lives in the helicopter crash.
Bizenjo spoke highly of General Sarfraz Ali as a brother and friend when asked about his relationship with the late Commander 12 Corps. “Commander 12 Corps Quetta General Sarfraz Ali was always interested in the construction and development of Baluchistan,” he added.
