KARACHI: On the orders of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah called Chief Minister Abdul Qudus Bizenjo of Balochistan and conveyed his sympathy for the losses and destruction brought on by heavy rain there while also promising him the full support of his government.
Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari directed Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad on telephone to provide full support to the rain affected people of Balochistan. “The heavy downpour has rendered our Baloch brothers living in Chagi, Qila Saifullah and Noshki districts and various other areas homeless and at this time they need our support,” Bilawal Bhutto told the Sindh CM Sindh.
The Chief Minister of Sindh spoke via phone with Abdul Qudus Bizenjo, the Chief Minister of Balochistan, and offered his condolences for the loss of life and property in Balochistan. Mr. Shah extended all forms of assistance to the Baloch people who had been devastated by the rain. “We had delivered 500 tents to Lasbela on Wednesday and shipping 100 more tents to Uthal today,” he said, adding that his relief department will work with the relevant divisional commissioners in Balochistan if any additional assistance was required for the people of Balochistan.
The chief minister of Balochistan thanked the Sindh chief minister and PPP chairman for their support. He also expressed his sorrow over the losses of lives and property in the heavy downpour Sindh.
