A Chinese man was executed for burning his ex-wife, a vlogger, on fire during a livestream and killing her.
Lhamo, 30, was set ablaze by her husband in 2020 after he doused her in gasoline in front of a large audience as she was filming herself.
The vlogger passed away two weeks after being hospitalised because 90% of her body had been burned.Tang Lu’s husband was put to death by a Sichuan province court. The couple split in 2020 because he had a habit of mistreating his wife.
Before the murder, Tang repeatedly requested remarriage but was turned down, which ultimately resulted in Lhamo’s death.Lhamo, a mother of two, reportedly reported her husband’s assault to the police, but was informed that it was a family affair.
