On the fourth day of the first Test against Sri Lanka in Galle, a team representative told media that Pakistani bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi is having fitness concerns.
The official revealed that the left-arm quick had an MRI scan performed on his leg. According to the statement, Shaheen injured a muscle in his leg during fielding, for which icing was initially advised. The cricketer, though, was forced to have an MRI when his pain persisted.
