Ghana Ali
Recently, actor Ghana Ali responded to rumours that he was a home wrecker. The actress and Umair Gulzar welcomed their daughter as their first child in May 2021 after getting married. However, many have accused the actor of destabilising Umair’s marriage in the past, ruining her marriage.
The actress from Saraab reluctantly opened up about her encounter with online trolls, describing how their insults of her husband and daughter traumatised her.
The Sangdil actor recently broke her silence about her husband’s first marriage and how people exaggerated events and made her marriage out to be more of a spectacle than it actually was during an interview.
It has not been an easy road for the couple since Ghana and her husband announced their engagement. They were frequently victimised by online bullies. Even before the baby was born, they and their toddler were still the target of criticism. Up until recently, she had never spoken about the earlier hatred or the circumstances surrounding her previous marriage’s dissolution.
“First of all, I was informed that his first wife is completely ignorant. This cannot be done. If not, we wouldn’t have made any announcements. Of course, everyone was aware of everything, “Ghana lent. She also mentioned the breakup of Umair and his first wife. She said, “Now they’re not together; they’re separated.”
The Rangreza actor continued, mentioning that the rumours were getting out of hand, “So to a large extent, what was happening was mainly fabricated just to trigger my husband. During this mess, she also praised Umair for his intelligence, saying, “But he was, you know, smarter than me. He advised me not to discuss it and that I shouldn’t respond.
Ghana continued by describing how her mental health was impacted by the harsh criticism of her daughter, saying, “People wrote a lot of things, they cursed me, they even cursed my daughter. Since she was a baby at the time, I believe I was deeply hurt and it was a traumatic experience for me. She lacks all knowledge.
The 28-year-old had previously experienced constant trolling on social media about her husband’s weight. Ghana’s marriage announcement was met with a flurry of remarks criticising her husband’s physical appearance rather than congrats. The actor hasn’t let the harassment get to her; she still posts loving photos of herself and Umair on Instagram, and she’s not afraid to tell the bullies to stop it from time to time in the comments section of her posts.
