After a long day of work, Kate Middleton and Prince William grabbed some lunch at a neighborhood pub in Windsor.
Following their elevation to the positions of Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince William and Kate Middleton have participated in a number of official engagements as part of royal tours.
In spite of their packed itinerary, the couple from Wales chose to take advantage of some spare time throughout the week by going out to lunch at a pub in Windsor.
The occasion was Maggie Caxton’s celebration with her spouse after she was awarded an OBE, and Kate and William had lunch together at a table near where they were seated.
Maggie serves as the chairperson of the North East Learning Trust, which is a multi-academy trust with the mission of assisting children in fully realizing their potential.
As Maggie tweeted about her lunch with the royals on social media, a number of Twitter users remarked on her good fortune.
“Congratulations to Maggie, what a wonderful way to celebrate this achievement… a memory to treasure forever,” said one.
“Oh my goodness, talk about a perfect way to cap off an amazing day! Congratulations!!” authored another.
The adorable lunch date between Kate and William took place not long after the princess marked a solo outing and met with staff, clients, and health professionals at the Colham Manor Children’s Centre in Hillingdon, west London, in her role as patron of the Maternal Mental Health Alliance. The princess’s visit took place shortly before the adorable lunch date between Kate and William.
