After defeating New Zealand in the T20 World Cup 2022 semi-final on Wednesday at the Sydney Cricket Ground, wicket-keeper batter Mohammad Rizwan remarked that the national team has come together and will give it their all.
After a stunning bowling performance and a world-class batting performance from opening pair Rizwan and Babar Azam, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by seven wickets.
20 World Cup: After securing the final position, Rizwan declared, “We are one and will give it our all.”
In order to lead Pakistan to a victory over the Black Caps, the wicketkeeper-batter scored 57 runs off 43 balls while the captain of Pakistan scored 53 runs off 42 balls.
After the victory, Rizwan thanked the team’s management, including head coach Saqlain Mushtaq, for believing in the players on Twitter.

Babar and Rizwan both struck fifty to surpass four batting partners and set a new T20 World Cup record for most fifty-plus partnerships.
The batsmen scored nine 100-run partnerships in T20Is thanks to a 105-run first-wicket stand they put together off 76 balls.
On Sunday, October 13, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, the Men in Green will compete in the T20 World Cup championship match against either England or India.
