ISLAMABAD: In relation to the PTI’s long march on the federal capital, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday requested a timeline and signed affidavit from PTI leadership.
After hearing the PTI’s complaint against the government for failing to provide the PTI a no-objection certificate for its sit-in in Islamabad, Justice Aamer Farooq of the IHC announced the order that had been reserved earlier today.
“Let the learned counsel for the petitioner seek directions as to the date, time, and execution of the undertaking/affidavit by a fully authorised person of the Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf,” the court instructed in its written ruling.
