Imran Khan, the head of the PTI and a former prime minister, has been sued by JUI-F in the Supreme Court for disobeying court orders and planning a protracted march. The lengthy march could spark violence, according to the petition.
The petitioner asked the court to continue the hearing today because it is a significant issue. JUI-F also stated that a larger bench must be assembled.

The federal government filed a complaint with the Supreme Court (SC) against Imran Khan, claiming that the former prime minister was making long march announcements in defiance of a court order.
On behalf of the federal government, the Interior Ministry filed the petition. The federal government claimed in the appeal that Imran Khan was making declarations to damage Islamabad.
