A stunning video of Boston Dynamics‘ robotic dogs dancing to a well-known tune has gone viral online.Seven robots can be seen moving to the popular song “Permission to Dance” by the K-Pop group BTS. One dog first emerges on screen at the beginning of the video and sings the song’s solo sections.
The entire troop dances in a series of coordinated steps that appear to be the boy band itself as the chorus plays. The same company’s Atlas, a six-foot-tall bipedal humanoid robot, makes a brief cameo appearance and briefly claps along with the Spot dogs.
They may win Britain’s Got Talent, one person said on the YouTube video, while another mocked the business, saying they were becoming “an entertainment corporation.”The dance was planned for the October 15 performance “BTS Yet To Come at BUSAN.”
