Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, stars of Tiger 3 and Bigg Boss 16 respectively, reunite, dancing to the tunes of “Tip Tip Barsa Paani”
Even though the Bigg Boss 16 housemates’ Diwali festivities are finished, the fun never stops. The following episode, Weekend Ka Vaar, marks Salman Khan’s comeback to the programme following a week off due to his diagnosis of dengue.
The actor bounced back and was spotted earlier on Tuesday, October 25, at Aayush Sharma’s birthday celebration. The superstar will soon meet the residents of the mansion. Katrina Kaif, Ishaan Khatter, and Siddhant Chaturvedi are the episode’s special guests and will be promoting their new film, Phone Bhoot.
The stars were spotted filming for the reality TV episode on Friday. Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif can be seen dancing to the remake of the Sooryavanshi song “Tip Tip Barsa Paani” in a video clip that has gone viral on social media. For the shoot, the actress wore a yellow outfit.
Prior collaborations between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif have appeared in the movies Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya?, Partner, Yuvvraaj, Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger Zinda Hai, and Bharat. In the next Maneesh Sharma film Tiger 3, slated for Diwali 2023 release, they will reunit as Tiger and Zoya.
In the meantime, Katrina Kaif will appear in Phone Bhoot as a ghost alongside two other “ghostbusters,” Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter. Phone Bhoot is produced by Excel Entertainment, which is run by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. It was directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Ravi Shankaran and Jasvinder Singh Bath. The movie is scheduled to premiere on November 4, 2022.
Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif will co-star in Sriram Raghavan’s Merry Christmas next. According to rumours, the actress is working on an action-entertainment film with Ali Abbas Zafar. Alongside Alia Bhatt and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, she will also act in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa.
On the other hand, Salman Khan will appear in the Eid 2023 film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. In Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which hits theatres on January 25, 2023, the star has a brief cameo appearance. In Riteish Deshmukh’s debut Marathi film Ved, he has another cameo.
