Imran Khan, the chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and a former prime minister, has declared that he will battle against thieves and get the country ready to fight against them as long as he is alive.
In his speech to a student convention in Sialkot, PTI Chairman said that resisting oppression and injustice is jihad and that a thriving society stands up for it.
Imran Khan promises to battle “thieves” until his last breath
He added that in Pakistan, the largest criminals are free while the smaller ones are imprisoned, and that in Pakistan, the biggest thieves become the Prime Minister.
Imran Khan continued by saying that because there is no justice in this country, countries that develop education for the populace rise to power and the rest of the world falls behind.
The former prime minister denounced the killing of prominent journalist Arshad Sharif in Pakistan, stating that he was a patriot and had experienced Pakistan’s suffering unlike anybody else ever had.
He declared, “Today, there will be no distinction between us and animals if the country does not stand for him.
Arshad Sharif, according to the PTI Chairman, stood for the truth and his conscience was worthless. “I was deeply saddened by Arshad Sharif’s martyrdom since he was the journalist I most respected.”
He added that there is harassment of journalists all over Pakistan.
“Arshad Sharif was target killed and he is the martyr,” he continued, “since he didn’t back down or feel terrified of the threat calls.”
The PTI chief added that he has never had an ambition this powerful. I encourage the nation to support me because if you don’t, it won’t impact me, but it will ruin your future, he said.
