KARACHI: The rupee’s small decline on Wednesday, which ended its 13-day winning streak versus the dollar, helped push gold prices up a little bit.Some investors bought gold after noticing that the rupee’s rate of growth was significantly slowing. However, the market is still waiting to see what happens before predicting the rupee’s future course.
According to information supplied by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of yellow metal increased by Rs1,450 per tola and Rs1,286 per 10 kilos to settle at Rs146,300 and Rs125,429, respectively.
