Nazanin Boniadi, a Hollywood actress and activist who was born in Iran, said on Thursday that the notion that the Iranian regime is amenable to reform is a “fiction,” adding that the Iranian people anticipate more assistance from the West in light of the nation’s continuous anti-government demonstrations.
According to Boniadi, the Iranian people desire from the West “solidarity and to stop turning a blind eye to their suffering in order to satisfy our own political ambitions.”
