The actress continues, “Pair tuta hai, hath nahi,” after breaking her leg in August on the sets of Rohit Shetty’s India Police Force. The actress strikes a stylish pose for the camera after finishing the set and exposing her biceps. Shilpa Shetty captioned the video with, “Today’s Monday Motivation: Get healthy in any attire. (Remember, it’s Navratri)”
The actress emphasised the significance of the workout by saying, “As you can see in the video, it’s crucial to keep the shoulders sunk and the elbows aligned with the chest. A common error is that most people can’t keep their elbows in line with their chest and instead shrug their shoulders. Keep your elbows angled parallel to the handlebars to perform it correctly. With this, you can never go wrong. Do not let your body slack off; keep it tense.
Shilpa Shetty takes her exercise regimen seriously, and her Instagram feed is replete with proof of this. She abides by this rule entirely when it comes to fitness: “Keep moving.
