Naseem Shah, a fiery pacer for Pakistan who had been hospitalised, has now been released and will join the squad at a nearby hotel.Naseem was identified as having COVID-19 and was also diagnosed with pneumonia. He was transferred to a hospital and received medical attention there.
The youthful bowler will now retreat to the hotel and miss the final two T20 Internationals against England.Depending on his health, he may or may not play in the tri-nation series, which will be played in New Zealand.
