Shah Mahmood Qureshi, senior vice chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), claimed on Saturday that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s speech at the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) was a “copy-paste” of remarks made by the previous leader Imran Khan.
Former foreign minister and PTI Senior Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi claimed in a statement, “It was a copy-paste of Imran Khan’s address.”
Shahbaz, according to Qureshi, addressed the concerns of occupied Kashmir, Afghanistan, and Islamophobia in a similar way to how the PTI chairman did in his speech to the UN.
“Perhaps he copied and pasted from an earlier Imran Khan speech.”
The PTI leader praised the prime minister’s action in reminding the developed world that they were to blame for the global climate calamities.
But what actions for climate change have Shahbaz Sharif and his brother [Nawaz Shairf] taken? Qureshi was questioned; his party fiercely opposes the PML-N.
The PTI leader stated that Pakistan would not be in such a dire situation right now if the PPP and PML-N governments of the past four decades had constructed water storage facilities.
