Saudi Arabia and its inhabitants have received well wishes and congratulations from Arab leaders as the country prepares to celebrate its 92nd National Day.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated the Kingdom and its people under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in advance of the National Day, which is observed on September 23 to remember the unification of the Kingdoms of Najd and Hijaz by King Abdulaziz in 1932.
Sheikh Mohammed remarked through Twitter that the UAE is proud of the relationship between the two nations and added, “We have a lot of affection in our hearts to the Kingdom and its people. God willing, the present and the future will always be linked.
In a cable addressed to King Salman, Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Nawaf al-Ahmad al-Sabah also conveyed his best wishes to the Kingdom and its citizens, according to Kuwait’s official news agency (KUNA).
Emir Nawaf wished the nation and its citizens progress and prosperity and “praised the Kingdom’s wonderful growth and civic accomplishments.”
The Crown Prince of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmad al-Sabah, sent a cable to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia greeting him on Saudi National Day, according to KUNA.
