Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the country’s founder, passed away in 1948, just 11 months after securing independence for Muslims in the Indian subcontinent. Pakistan is commemorating his 74th death anniversary.
Among other officials and citizens, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Dr. Arif Alvi paid respect to Jinnah’s accomplishments and sacrifices.
To combat the issues the country faces, they urged commitment to the golden ideals of unity, faith, and discipline as demonstrated by the father of the nation.
