Afghanistan
Mujeeb Ur Rahman and Rashid Khan, two Afghanistan spinners, worked together to hold Bangladesh to 127-7 in their Tuesday Twenty20 match in Group B of the Asia Cup.
In their first game of the six-nation tournament, Bangladesh chose to bat first at Sharjah, and Mujeeb and Rashid each claimed three wickets to frighten the opposition.
In response, Mosaddek Hossain scored an unbeaten 48 off 31 balls to give the total some weight against an optimistic Afghan, who must win to go to the Super Four.
