Intelligence reports claim that Imran Khan’s life is in danger: IHC
Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) Aamer Farooq stated on Friday based on intelligence information that there were concerns about another attack on former prime minister Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: A significant decision was made by the National Assembly’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) on Thursday to discontinue providing free Hajj services to ministers, employees of government agencies, Khuddam, and VIPs.
Speaking to reporters, PAC Chairman Noor Alam Khan pledged that the NA body will stop offering free Hajj accommodations to Khuddam and government employees.He said, “Even the prime minister, ministers, and any political figure cannot perform the Hajj for free.”

Imran’s assertions of a foreign conspiracy are false: US

Dr. Shah estimates that between 100,000 and 150,000 people in the Khairpur district were impacted by the floods. She also noted that while “there is no denying the fact that the relief goods are coming,” there is currently no information available at the level of the union council. The judge stated that the Civil Aviation Authority case had already dealt with the issue of governance in G-B and related matters, such as the availability of fundamental rights to the people.
“There is no denying that the right to justice and the judicial system’s independence are fundamental rights, the protection of which can be sought in appropriate cases through petitions filed either with the High Court or the Supreme Court.
According to the Supreme Court’s order, “Matters relating to or arising out of the Order in relation to GB, especially questions relating to the enforcement of fundamental rights, are prima facie not within the remit of any High Court and this Court is, therefore, the appropriate forum for pursuing the same.” “In other words, it contributed.

The defense minister says that the government is not planning any “major changes” to the Army Act.
In response to all the talk in the media about changes to the Pakistan Army Act (PAA), Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif said that the government has no plans to make “major changes” to the Act.

Media hype over amendments in Pakistan Army Act is uncalled for. Government is not considering any major changes in the said Act. SCP had demanded review of relevant clauses of PAA in its judgement in CP 39/2019 which shall be complied with in due course.
In his statement, Asif, who is in charge of defense, said that the government has no plans to change the Army Act in a big way. In a ruling from 2019, the Supreme Court asked that important parts of the Army Act be looked at again, he said.
He also said that the decision of the highest court would be followed in due time.

In a report, Daily Dawn said that the government “seems” to be thinking about changing the army act so that the prime minister, who makes appointments, can keep “any candidate through a simple notification, rather than having to go through a complex, constitutional process” instead of going through a complicated constitutional process.
The report also said that the report will be presented to the Cabinet Committee for Disposal of Legislative Cases (CCLC) after a few changes. This will happen after the Ministry of Defense gave its approval last month. Later, it will be brought to the parliament to be passed into law.
