After 9 years of marriage, celebrity couple Madiha Rizvi and Hasan Noman have decided to separate ways.

A post on social media revealed the stunning news that actress Madiha Rizvi and her spouse Hasan Noman had separated, which came as a surprise to their respective audiences.

Madiha Rizvi's separation with Hasan Noman

“With much gratitude for our time together, Hasan and I have amicably finalized our divorce. We’ve been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us. And the final conclusion is to part our ways for the best”, Madiha said in an Instagram post.

Additionally, the actor requested followers to pray for them and hold off on making comments at this delicate time.

The message continues, “However, we are and will always be a family, as we continue to co-parent our two incredibly wonderful girls. Therefore, we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We’ve always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner”.

In the earlier part of this year, the 34-year-old woman discussed her romantic relationships. She added that she has known Noman and his family for a number of years and that they are her friends. Surprisingly, Madiha said that she had turned down Noman’s marriage proposal on several occasions, despite the fact that he continued to make the offer to her over the course of many years. After some time, in 2013, the couple finally tied the knot.

Fans were taken aback when they learned that numerous entertainment figures, including Imran Ashraf, Feroze Khan, Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra Yousuf, Sanam Baloch and Abdullah Farhatullah, and Sajal Aly and Ahad Raza Mir, had divorced their partners in recent months.

What, we’re back in 1992 again? Pakistan advances to the finals of the World Cup after defeating New Zealand.

Pakistan secures their spot in the MCG final where they will face either India or England, who will square off tomorrow in the other semifinal.

Pakistan into finals of t20i world cup

In their World Cup semifinal match at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Wednesday, Pakistan defeated New Zealand by seven wickets, hardly making a mistake during the whole match.

They will face either England or India in the World Cup final as their reward on Sunday. If it turns out to be the former, it would put them on pace to follow the example set by their great World Cup run from thirty years ago, when they came back from the brink to defeat the Kiwis in the semifinals and England in the championship game.

Babar Azam lost the toss and had to field first when he’d have preferred to bat, giving them a terrible start to the day. Then, their renowned bowler Shaheen Afridi was smashed for a four on the opening delivery of the over. But after that, it was all about Pakistan.

All aspects of their game, from bowling to fielding to decision-making, were flawless, with the New Zealanders finishing in last place. A target of 153 meant that the out-of-form duo of Babar and Mohammad Rizwan were likely to struggle. Those worries were swiftly allayed as Pakistan’s openers thrashed New Zealand’s pacers.

After struggling throughout the competition, both great openers woke up and struck half-century when it counted most. Although they did not bat in the end, their combined efforts helped the team to victory.

Prosecutor says a French cardinal is being investigated for child abuse.

After a cardinal publicly admitted to “reprehensible” conduct with a 14-year-old girl in the 1980s, French prosecutors announced Tuesday that they had launched an investigation into the abuse of children by the cardinal.

In a statement released by the French Catholic Church on Monday, it was revealed that 11 senior clergymen are accused of sexual assault, including retired bishop Jean-Pierre Ricard, who Pope Francis made a cardinal in 2016.

Ricard said that in a message read aloud to a gathering of bishops that “When I was a priest 35 years ago, I treated a 14-year-old girl in a despicable manner. There is no question that my actions had significant and enduring effects on that person.”

The statute of limitations for the most serious sexual offences in France, such as rape, is typically 30 years, although if the victim was a minor at the time of the offence, the deadline to file charges may be extended.

Typically, charges for sexual abuse of a minor can only be brought 20 years after the victim turns 18.

In the southern city of Marseille, where Ricard claimed the abuse occurred, prosecutor Dominique Laurens told AFP that “a preliminary inquiry has been initiated to verify the facts of this discovery.”

The bishop of Nice notified prosecutors on October 24 after Ricard informed him that he had “kissed” a juvenile girl, according to judicial authorities in Marseille.

At a meeting on Monday in the town of Lourdes, the chairman of the French Bishops’ Conference, Eric de Moulins-Beaufort, told reporters that the 78-year-confession old’s was “like a shock” to his fellow clergy members.

From 2001 until 2019, when he retired, Ricard served as a bishop at Coutances, Montpellier, and most recently in the western city of Bordeaux.

When questioned for her opinion, Martine, 70, a parishioner in Bordeaux, said, “It’s a wonderful thing that he confessed and acknowledged it.”

“It’s a pity that we don’t allow priests, archbishops, and other persons in the Catholic religion to be married,” she remarked.

journalism

Why Pakistan is such a dangerous place for journalists?

All media professionals and journalists may benefit from learning from the strange death of journalist Arshad Sharif in Kenya. Although it is the first instance of a Pakistani journalist being killed abroad, his murder was added to the long list of journalists who have been killed here in the past 20 years.

Although it is too soon to draw any conclusions about who killed him and why, one thing is certain: the investigative journalist was slain because of the stories he had been reporting, whether or not we agree with them.

Despite the so-called democratic order being in existence since 2008, the amount of threats facing Pakistani media, from print to digital, is unparalleled due to the recent lack of any safety coverage, such as life insurance. Threats against journalists can originate from a variety of sources, including terror networks, pressure groups, state-controlled organisations, powerful individuals, and even the heads of major political parties.

It is also surprising that former prime minister Imran Khan, who justifiably voiced his concern about threats to media and journalists like anchor Imran Riaz Khan, Sabir Shakir, Sami Ibrahim, or Jamil Farooqi, on the one hand demanded an extensive investigation into the case of investigative journalist Arshad Sharif, has threatened other journalists and publicly identified them on the other.

Additionally, it is a truth that from 2018 to April 2022, when Khan’s administration was overthrown by a vote of no confidence, journalists were kidnapped, attacked, and tortured. A few of these journalists are Matiullah Jan, Asad Toor, and Absar Alam. Additionally, his administration attempted to monopolise the media by modifying the PECA Act of 2016 and the PECA Ordinance of 2020.

But it’s not only limited to Imran or PTI. In 2016, the PML-N government passed PECA and granted FIA hitherto unheard-of authority. The most recent reports indicate that the FIA has once more been “secretly assigned” some extremely contentious powers to target social media activists.

In comparison to other nations, Pakistan has an extremely bad track record when it comes to “crimes against journalists.” In past incidents, judicial commissions or so-called inquiries turned out to be nothing more than a “cover-up,” as in the deaths of journalists Hayatullah and Saleem Shahzad and the assault on veteran anchor and columnist Hamid Mir. Therefore, there is little hope that Arshad Sharif’s case will ultimately result in justice.

In Pakistan, reporting has never been simple, but in recent years, reporters have become more exposed as a result of their prominence on TV screens, making them obvious targets.

A strong democracy requires press freedom as well as the protection of media professionals. Media and democracy in Pakistan require a new beginning. Can we do it? is a concern that demands attention at all levels because, without the protection of journalists, you kill not only the individual but also the voice of opposition.

Although threats still exist, Pakistan has made great strides in mostly eliminating terrorism. However, journalists continue to be targeted, kidnapped, vanished, tortured, and killed. The case of journalist Arshad Sharif only serves to remind people of the risks that remain, making us one of the most hazardous nations for reporting and dissent.

Oil prices fall $2 due to concerns about China demand, United States’ midterm elections.

Oil prices fell more than $2 in choppy trading, reflecting growing concerns about fuel demand as COVID-19 outbreaks worsened in top crude importer China, as well as uncertainty about the outcome of the United States’ midterm elections.

Brent futures for January delivery fell $2.56 to $95.36 per barrel, representing a 2.6% drop. Crude oil in the United States fell $2.88, or 3.14%, to $88.91 per barrel.

“The market is entering today with some scepticism regarding the election… It’s a situation where we have to wait and see what happens “Bob Yawger, director of energy futures at Mizuho in New York, concurred.

US stocks shook as market participants waited to see if Capitol Hill would experience a power shift.

Both benchmarks reached their highest levels since August, following reports that Chinese leaders were considering exiting the country’s stringent COVID-19 restrictions.

However, new cases have risen in Guangzhou and other Chinese cities, casting doubt on the prospect of fewer restrictions.

NEPRA raises power tariffs in accordance with the September FCA.

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) on Tuesday announced an increase in the electricity rate of the ex-Wapda distribution companies XWDISCOs by Rs0.08 per unit due to a fuel cost adjustment (FCA) for September 2022.

The distribution companies would charge Rs0.0819 per unit in November bills under the FCA, a system under which the price of electricity is modified in response to changes in fuel prices. Also, this will only be valid for one month.

The power regulatory body has ordered all XWDISCOs to independently display the aforementioned modification on customers’ November bills.

All consumer groups will be affected by this, with the exception of lifeline customers and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (EVCS) of all XWDISCOs.

With GST included, the Rs0.08 hike will cost customers more than Rs1 billion.

The notification published in this regard stated that “when implementing the fuel adjustment charges, the concerned XWDISCOs shall keep in view and firmly comply with the orders of the courts notwithstanding this order.”

1007936 3825215 peppers updates

In 33 seconds, a man consumes the world’s top ten hottest peppers.

According to Guinness World Records, a man from the United States set the record for the fastest time to eat the hottest peppers, the Carolina Reaper chillies.

Gregory Foster, a California resident, ate all of the chillies in 33.15 seconds. Surprisingly, the man broke his own record of eating three Carolina Reapers in 8.72 seconds set nine months ago.

Foster set the record on September 17, according to GWR. According to the outlet’s website, the Reapers are known for being the hottest chilli peppers in the world. They outnumber all others, including ghost peppers and jalapenos.

Experts use Scoville Heat Units to determine how spicy a pepper is. They measure the concentration of certain chemical compounds in chillies that are responsible for hot sensations.

According to GWR, the Carolina Reapers have 1,641,183 Scoville Heat Units.

Foster is a chilli expert who also owns a hot sauce company. His farms are where he grows his chillies. “I guess it’s the passion for pain,” he told GWR.

The record-breaker compared the experience to eating charcoal “as quickly as possible.”

“This is the one part of the job that I despise,” he said, according to the record-keeping outlet. “However, it’s the one aspect of the job that everyone else enjoys.”

Foster advised contestants to keep ice cream and milk on hand while practising or performing the stunt.

220613 Tran NASA Aliens

How do you communicate with Aliens? A new research hub has been established to find out.

Many individuals think that aliens routinely come to Earth. In recent years, there has been a steady rise in the number of persons reporting sightings of UFOs and those who believe in Unidentified flying objects (UFOs).

Whatever your beliefs, there is one critical issue: What would happen if and when mankind made contact with extraterrestrial beings?

At the University of St. Andrews, a brand-new global research hub has been created to address this query. Researchers from all across the world will collaborate to determine how society should react in such a situation.

The Center for Exoplanet Science and the Centre for Global Law and Governance of the organisation are the hosts of the SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) Post-Detection Hub. It will provide as a focal point for coordinated efforts to develop protocols, processes, and agreements. Designing a proper response to alien contact is their only objective.

According to a university press release, science fiction is replete of scenarios where humans interact with extraterrestrial intelligence. Dr. John Elliott, an honorary research fellow at the University of St. Andrews’ School of Computer Science, claimed as much.

According to him, science fiction is “overflowing with investigations of the influence on human society following the discovery of, and even interactions with, life or intelligence elsewhere.”

He said that mankind must “move beyond thinking about the impact on humanity,” though.

He argued that gatherings of people were necessary to analyse the evidence for extraterrestrial life and to take into account “the human social response.”

“As our understanding develops and what we know and don’t know is shared, we need to… consider the human social response. And this is the right moment to act.

It’s shocking that humanity hasn’t revised its contact policy in 30 years. A “long-time policy gap” exists because the laws that were in place 30 years ago are still in effect. The SETI Post-Detection Hub will fill this gap in the system. It is now imperative to intervene because authorities have paid the issue very little attention.

Matthew Hayden as mentor

Matthew Hayden’s Warning To Pakistan’s Enemies: “About To See Something Very Special From Babar Azam”

The T20 World Cup’s knockout rounds are where Pakistan’s under-fire captain Babar Azam is expected to provide “something exceptional,” according to squad coach Matthew Hayden. Babar, the fourth-highest run-scorer in T20Is since the last World Cup, has struggled in the current tournament; his best performance in the previous five games was a 33-ball 25 against Bangladesh.

In the pre-game news conference prior to Wednesday’s semifinal match against New Zealand, Hayden stated, “…don’t be surprised in the slightest if you don’t see any pyrotechnics because extremely special players don’t generally remain down for long.”

Matthew hayden

Matthew Hayden’s Warning To Pakistan’s Enemies: “About To See Something Very Special From Babar Azam”

Without a doubt, Babar has experienced some hardship. He’ll become not just a better player as a result of it… You can’t keep pounding out hundreds, fifty, and strike rates of 140 or more.

There must be lulls in the action from time to time. And as is common knowledge regarding the weather, a storm frequently follows a pause. So be on the lookout, rest of the world, because I believe Babar is about to show you something extremely extraordinary.

After losing to India and Zimbabwe, Pakistan was on the verge of being eliminated, but the Netherlands’ unexpected victory over South Africa opened a door, and they overcame Bangladesh in their final Super 12 game to secure the semifinal position.

The last World Cup, we entered the semifinals undefeated, and Australia beat us, so it has been a rollercoaster, but Hayden wouldn’t have it any other way. So, yes, this tournament has its ups and downs, but I firmly feel that we still have our best game, which poses a serious threat to our opponents.

“Those fast bowlers, man, there’s four of them and they come at terrific pace,” said the fast bowler, “and the way the middle order has stepped up to the plate has been excellent.” Hayden was impressed by the middle order’s contribution to the team’s success despite Babar and Mohammad Rizwan’s struggles at the top.

The former Australian starting pitcher picked out Mohammad Haris, who scored 59 runs in just two innings, for praise.

“While the batting hasn’t gone quite according to plan, it has forced our middle order guys to step up, and young Haris has been one of them.

“Great narrative, one of the most important World Cup stories ever. He’s not even on the team, but he’s now playing as he should have been from the beginning. Hayden believes Haris’ net practise against the pacers was beneficial.

“Seeing how he came in and played so wonderfully is no surprise. He has excellent technique on our quick, bouncey pitches. He exudes freshness, the man said.

“As an outsider entering this tournament, one of the things is that with the amount of programming, pretty much the entire cricketing community is exhausted to some extent. Therefore, it has been a beautiful expression for him personally as well as for team Pakistan to have a youthful, fresh face with nothing to lose and truly nothing to gain but just play with great freedom. In reference to their semi-final opponents, Hayden stated that Pakistan will face numerous threats from New Zealand.

“I believe New Zealand had some pretty destructive players, and using the bat may be stressful…”

Additionally, they have an excellent and well-balanced bowling attack. Good blend of experience, according to the 51-year-old.

“I even faced Tim Southee in a game; that just goes to show how much experience that team has… With his outstanding speed and extensive T20 cricket expertise, Lockie Ferguson presents a number of threats. Additionally, they are skilled in off-pace bowling.

“I believe that New Zealand sports generally punch much above their weight. They have the ability to succeed in their belief that they can win this competition. There are definitely a lot of threats to our camp.

When the song “Vaar” by Sidhu Moose Wala is released on YouTube, it sparks shockwaves of tributes and emotions on various platforms.

Sidhu was on his way to being a change agent in Punjabi music, but he wasn’t a revolutionary. The UK Singles Chart once featured his song “47.” He rose to position 66 on the Billboard Canadian Albums chart, and The Guardian even included him in their list of the top 50 up-and-coming musicians.
When he was fatally shot in his car on May 29, 2022, in Jawaharke village, Mansa district, he had already achieved cult status. The 28-year-death old’s was attributed to a gangster with a base in Canada. According to the police, the incident was simply a case of classic rap inter-gag rivalry.

This ignited a spark that sparked a blazing inferno of condolences around the world.
Rappers from all over the world, as well as regular men, women, children, college students, and office workers, wore his t-shirts as a sign of respect.

He was not only considered as one of the most important Punjabi musicians of his time but also a significant player in the introduction of Punjabi music into the mainstream.

Fans of the late artist have been sharing inspirational words from his earlier albums for almost five months. They have something fresh to listen to, discuss, and admire today.

On the occasion of Gurupurab, Sidhu Moose Wala’s new song “Vaar” was posted on YouTube and sparked shockwaves of tributes and emotions throughout digital media, garnering over 4 million views in just a few hours.

Gold Media Entertainment and Snappy worked together to produce and market the 2-minute, 17-second song. It was published under the “Sidhu Moose Wala” label.
The song is currently accessible on YouTube Music, JioSaavan, Resso, Spotify, and iTunes.

Until lions have their own historians, the history of the hunt will always glorify the hunter, he wrote in the caption of the song that he posted on Instagram.

Since Sidhu’s lyrics mostly focused on opposing religious institutions, they frequently sparked strong reactions among his followers as well as controversies. Sidhu was involved in a legal dispute over some phrases that were purported to promote gun culture. Additionally, he was charged with penning phrases in his songs that were provoking and inflammatory.
Prior to Vaar, Sidhu’s posthumously released song “SYL” peaked at number 27 on the Canadian Hot 100.

In an earlier interview with PTI, Priyanka also discussed how she approached Alia and Katrina to discuss the concept because she wanted to make a Hindi movie about the “terms of women.”

She went on to say that the actresses in her generation had done a great job of paving the way for future generations of performers. “So I really wanted to gather my pals together and say, “Let’s make a movie that will be ours and do well at the box office.” Then the stars lined up, and we made the decision.”

India’s anticipated urban development is putting pressure on cities.

MUMBAI: India’s urban population is expected to skyrocket in the coming decades, but its cities are already struggling to keep up, and climate change will make life even more difficult.

The population of Mumbai, one of India’s largest cities, has increased by over eight million during the past 30 years, or roughly the same as the entire city of New York, and is expected to rise by another seven million by the year 2035.

With almost 40% of the population living in slums, Mumbai’s housing, transportation, water, and waste management infrastructure has not kept up with neighbouring Indian megacities.

These dense clusters of run-down structures, which are located next to some of the wealthiest neighbourhoods in India, frequently lack regular power, water, or appropriate sanitation.

india

India’s anticipated urban development is putting pressure on cities.

It is a condition that is present all throughout the world as the global population approaches eight billion, with the majority living in developing nations.

Many commuters from Mumbai’s outskirts hang out in open spaces on crowded trains for hours, and others travel by car or motorcycle on congested, pothole-filled roads that flood during the monsoon season.

Mohammed Sartaj Khan, who is from a small town in Uttar Pradesh, moved to the largest slum, Dharavi, of “Slumdog Millionaire” renown, as a youngster and now works in a tannery, where a million people reside.

“In the village, I had a fantastic upbringing. Unlike the crowds here, it has a calm atmosphere “In the maze of lanes in Dharavi, Khan, now 35, spoke to AFP.

He said, “When I got here, I observed people running around like ants.” “The manner that ants continue to move in their lanes in the presence of people Nobody is concerned with others.”

However, he continued, “people don’t have money” in his village.

He used to make 6,000 rupees ($70) a month in Mumbai, but now he runs a machine and earns four times that amount. He transfers the majority of this money to his wife and kids, whom he rarely has the means to visit.

Untimely deaths

According to UN estimates, India’s population will increase from its current 1.4 billion people to surpass China’s and reach a peak of 1.7 billion in the 2060s before declining to 1.5 billion at the beginning of the next century.

According to the International Energy Agency, 270 million additional people would reside in Indian cities by 2040, increasing carbon emissions from power generation, transportation, and the construction of steel and concrete to house them.

In India’s megacities, crowded living conditions, poor infrastructure, and severe air, water, and noise pollution are commonplace.

According to a government assessment from last year, over 70% of the daily billions of litres of sewage produced in urban centres remains untreated.

Every winter, the 20 million-person metropolis of New Delhi is engulfed in deadly air pollution that, according to a Lancet research, resulted in about 17,500 preventable deaths in 2019.

Floods and droughts

Cities in India are home to millions of people who depend on truck or railway delivery for their daily supply of running water.

As groundwater levels fall, people in Delhi and other places are digging deeper and deeper wells.

In the summer of 2019, Chennai, in southeast India, ran out of water. This catastrophe was attributed to both low rains and urban development over historic wetlands.

Urban flooding is also happening more frequently.

The worst traffic congestion in India is found in Bengaluru, formerly known as Bangalore. In September, flooding was attributed to unauthorised development.

As the planet’s temperature warms and the weather becomes more unpredictable, it is predicted that natural disasters would bring India’s cities ever greater agony.

Scientists think that the annual monsoon rainy season, which increases both flooding and droughts, is growing more irregular and intense.

Indian summers are becoming more and more sweltering due to rising temperatures, especially in metropolitan areas where the heat is trapped by concrete. India saw its warmest March on record this year.

And even though Covid-19 did not have the negative effects on India’s slums as some had anticipated, their congestion makes them vulnerable to future outbreaks.

More rural economic investment, according to Poonam Muttreja of the Population Foundation of India, could reduce urban migration, whereas new financial incentives

Whether it be weather changes, flooding, jobs, or a lack of infrastructure, poor people, particularly migrants in cities, are most at risk from climate change, Muttreja told AFP.

“India has to change its perspective. And we need to stop whining and start acting instead.”

Punjab is asked to file a FIR on “merit” by the centre.

According to the Ministry of Interior’s letter dated November 5, the concerned Station House officer (SHO) or Counter Terrorism Department (CTD), Punjab, as the complainant, must immediately register the FIR of the aforementioned case based on the facts of the incident and not on conjectures or speculative allegations as required by Section 154 of the CrPC,1898 because the delay is flagrantly illegal and has resulted in irreparable harm.

Punjab is asked to file a FIR on “merit” by the centre.

According to the letter, “The undersigned is directed to refer to the tragic incident of firing on the PTI convoy at Wazirabad on November 3, 2022 and to convey the federal government’s grave concerns on the mishandling of the high-profile case, which is evident from the fact that the FIR of the said case, ordinarily required to be registered within 24 hours of any incident, has not been registered even after the passage of more than 36 hours.

According to the letter, the province government’s lacklustre response to the regrettable incident can be seen in the FIR’s failure to be filed despite the fact that provincial police officers were there when the incident occurred.

According to the report, the provincial government has shown a complete unwillingness to offer any kind of justification for the unfortunate incident, including its failure to give the former prime minister adequate security and the obvious disregard for standard operating security procedures with regard to the convoy.

The federal administration has also emphasised that the former prime minister’s medico-legal assessment has not yet been completed. Concerningly, the provincial government has not provided any information regarding the crime’s weapon or if it has undergone forensic examination.

Additionally, the crime scene wasn’t secured for several hours after the incident, which is another another infraction of the protocol. Furthermore, no official details about the victims or the severity of their injuries have been made public. Finally, the disclosure of the suspected offender’s “confessional” footage reveals grave flaws in the investigation process.

It claims that the provincial government’s and its employees’ shortcomings in the aforementioned areas are evident indications of their improper handling of the situation and constitute criminal negligence.

Big screen installation is mandated by CJP for the semifinal between Pakistan and New Zealand.

A large screen will be installed outside the Supreme Court so that people may watch the exciting semifinal between Pakistan and New Zealand, per an order from Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Umar Ata Bandial on Tuesday.

The case against the NAB changes was heard by a three-member bench led by CJP Umar Ata Bandial, who had presided over the semi-final uproar in the highest court. The attorneys asked the SC to delay the hearing on the NAB amendment issue due to the match.

Due to Pakistan’s semifinal, attorney Makhdoom Ali Khan pleaded with the CJP to postpone the hearing scheduled for tomorrow at 1:00 pm.
“I didn’t even know about the semifinal,” CJP admitted. Why don’t we hear the case today?” the CJP asked the attorneys.

There is already a pending case, according to Khawaja Haris, the PTI’s attorney. Justice Mansoor replied to Haris’ assertion by saying, “Mr. Khawaja Haris, skip tomorrow’s hearing for the semi-final as you are also a cricket fan. If it’s okay with you, Khawaja Haris, we’ll continue to watch the game while you continue to argue.

We will erect a giant screen to view the Pakistan-New Zealand match, CJP Umar Ata Bandial offered an intriguing suggestion. The CJP prayed for Pakistan to defeat New Zealand as well. He also hoped that the apex would quickly wrap up the case tomorrow. “Until then, the match’s condition will be exciting.”

It is important to note that on November 6, Faisal Shahkar made the decision to resign and informed the federal government in writing that he would not be continuing in his position.

In a letter, Faisal Shahkar claimed that “personal issues” made it impossible for him to carry out his current tasks.

Therefore, he wrote, “I kindly request that my services be withdrawn with immediate effect from the government of Punjab and made available to the federal government.”
According to sources familiar with the situation, there were disagreements between the IG and the Punjab government on the filing of the FIR for the Wazirabad incident.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi, vice chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), had earlier sought the resignation of IG Punjab if a FIR of the event could not be filed.

Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis are dissatisfied that PCB released dressing room videos.

waqar

Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis are dissatisfied that PCB released dressing room videos.

Compared to other cricket teams, the Pakistan men’s squad has one of the most active social media presences.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) makes an effort to show supporters what their favourite players do when there isn’t action going on. A few examples are birthdays, gyms, and changing room films.

The PCB posted a video of Babar Azam’s remarks following the T20 World Cup match loss to India. They also released Babar’s video and mentor Matthew Hayden’s motivational speech yesterday after they advanced to the semifinals.

Wasim Akram and Waqar Younis, two of Pakistan’s greatest cricketers, disagree with these videos.

Whatever occurs in a changing room should be kept private and not made public, according to the Sultan of Swing.

“If I were Babar, I would contact the person filming the video. Some things are sometimes private. I support social media, player engagement with fans, and everything else. But in this World Cup, I have not seen any other team do it? So, refrain from the impulse to gain more followers or likes. This is excessive “A regional sports channel, claimed Akram.

“Every moment, recordings are being made. Imagine giving a message to my team while sitting down without realising someone is recording. Simply say to him, “Guys, unwind for two days.” Do it elsewhere, not in the dressing room.”

After watching a clip from the film in which Babar is seen telling batter Mohammad Haris to leave the game early for his team, the 56-year-old voiced his opinion. Haris was out on the penultimate delivery of the 17th over with Pakistan just seven runs shy of Bangladesh’s 128-run goal while batting on 31 off 18 balls.

“Haris, you played exceptionally well. However, these little things will boost your self-assurance. For instance, your level will change as you finish a game. Make sure you don’t lose a wicket when you have the game in your hands. Wherever you play, our seniors informed me that when you win a game, your confidence level rises “In the video, Babar added.

Waqar, who up until last year served as the team’s bowling coach, asserted that such team discussions and get-togethers ought to be public knowledge.

According to him, Pakistan has a history of information leaks, player fights, and other such occurrences.

“I completely concur with you. Anything that occurs in the dressing room should remain there. People used to yell, dispute, and fight because of this issue, which existed before as well when a lot of information was released to the media. And now that you have captured it and are broadcasting it to the globe, “Waqar made reference.

Imran Khan will contest the FIR filed in connection with the attempted murder in Wazirabad.

FIR

Imran Khan will contest the FIR filed in connection with the attempted murder in Wazirabad.

Imran Khan, a former prime minister and leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), declared on Tuesday that he will contest the First Information Report (FIR) of the assassination attempt filed by the Wazirabad police.

The PTI leader claimed that he knew he would be shot and that a video had been taken of him naming those responsible for the attack. He also claimed that a plot had been devised to kill him in a similar manner to how Punjab Governor Salman Taseer was slain by using religious extremism.

Imran Khan continued by asserting that the allegations in accused Naveed’s testimony were untrue and that accused Naveed had no communication with Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) leader Saad Rizivi.

Imran continued, “I have no problems with the army; our only disagreement is the accountability procedure.

In response to a different query, he stated that a coalition government should never be established since blackmail would then always be possible. Imran Khan declared, “If there is a two-thirds majority, the prime minister is strong and can work better.

In the past, a police report detailing an assault on Imran Khan during the long march was filed in Wazirabad.

Details indicate that sub-inspector Aamir Shahzad filed the FIR on Monday night. Only Naveed, the individual who was immediately apprehended, has been listed as an accused in the shooting case that resulted in the death of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. The complaint was registered under the rules of murder, attempted murder, and anti-terrorism.

According to the FIR, Imran Khan was travelling by container from Allah wala chowk to Wazirabad at around 4 pm when the suspect, Naveed, started shooting with a handgun. Muazzam, a PTI member who participated in the march, passed away from bullet wounds, and the PTI chairman was hurt on the container. The FIR also listed 11 known injuries and a few unknown ones.

A PTI employee allegedly sought to apprehend the accused Naveed, preventing him from firing any further while he was being detained by the employee. Imran Khan travelled for Lahore for better treatment following the unfortunate occurrence after receiving medical attention.

The Long March attack, on the other hand, happened at Wazirabad, which is a part of Gujarat division. Wazirabad had been declared a district and added to Gujarat Division via a notification from the Chief Minister of Punjab, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

Imran Khan and other leaders were shot during the long march, according to the police’s FIR, which was recorded in Gujranwala.

In this regard, the sources said that the change in district may have an impact on the investigation; however, the police dismissed this as a clerical error and promised to fix it.
